Pros:

Easy to find and in a quiet location. For the price it was perfect, clean and quiet.

Cons:

You can’t stream to the tv or use streaming apps on the tv.

It’s not the Hilton but for a budget, no frills room, a 4-5 *
Pros:

I’ve rated this based on a no frills budget motel. It’s not luxurious. It’s not beautiful. The location was great! The rooms are exactly like pictures. They also had an apartment size refrigerator not mentioned in the listing. Most of the listings in this price range mentioned cockroaches and unclean rooms. This place was very clean. The room and bathroom were very large. It looked like it was recently renovated with new tub, enclosure, sink and toilet, however, it wasn’t done by a master carpenter.

Cons:

It sounded like the people above us were pacing the floor. It was a little noisy but not much. Still would prefer the bottom floor so I did not have to carry luggage up the steps
