Terrible night of sleep
Pros:

Had booked room 214 for 2 nights as we would be attending an event. We stayed Thursday night and had a terrible night of sleep as our feet of the bed was higher than our head. My daughter’s bed also was a terrible mattress. So after that night of sleep I notified the desk that we could not sleep in those beds for how terrible the mattresses are and she was very friendly but wished us well and didn’t want to resolve the issue but just say sorry. We chose to not stay the second night and go on our way. Unfortunately with the expensive price and the lack of understanding I would not stay there again and if asked I would never recommend this hotels for others.

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The one elevator was out of service and we didn’t know until arriving. I feel they should be warning guests as I saw multiple times where other guests were struggling to go up & down the stairs. I know the staff can’t f d o anything about it but they should at least warn.

Not what we were expecting based on the reviews.
Pros:

Comfortable beds and liked having the option for two king beds.
Also like being able to charge our car.

Cons:

This is more like Inn on the highway, there was so much highway noise in our room. We had hoped/assumed it might be on the harbor but that is not the case at all; our room overlooked the highway.
Breakfast was not great- we came 20 mins before it was over and all of the hot food was gone and was not restocked. Kitchen staff was no where around to ask for more but came to close up a few mins before “time”and was pretty grumpy in general.

Nice hotel. Delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Pretty property, safe area. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with very helpful staff.

Cons:

They did alert us to the fact that their elevator wasn’t working before we arrived but we did not know we were on the 4th floor so that was a bit difficult.

Extremely poor efforts to try to do things to make up for everything being bad
Cons:

Started with a guest at the front desk demanding his money back due to a fight in the room next door to his. Police were called and arrived. We asked not to be next to that area and were told we were not. We were. Elevator was not working and we were on 4th floor with my 88 year old Mother. They did not have another room option for her on a lower floor. Did not get room cleaned. On 3rd day asked for towels for each room and Kleenix for my mother plus soap and shampoo. None were delivered. On check in asked for water and was charged for it even with all of the negative things happening at check in.
