1. und definitiv LETZTE Mal.

Großes Hotel, mit SPA, Fitness usw. Einige Möglichkeiten sich dort bei schlechtem Wetter zu beschäftigen

Kind darf hier nicht, Kind darf da nicht. Kinder sind eigentlich überall nervig, lt Hotel. Deswegen gibts ja die Abstellkammer (nennen Sie Kinderbetreuung) wo man die Nervensägen abgeben kann. Aber nicht nur bzgl Kinder. Allgemein darf man hier dies nicht und dort das nicht. Bsp. In den Fitnessraum nur mit geschlossenen Schuhen?!?! Hatten auch unser kleines Kind in ein Handtuch gewickelt, nachdem wir im indoorpool waren. Geht am Aufzug plötzlich Alarm los. Ja, auch das mit aufs Zimmer nehmen des Handtuchs - natürlich untersagt.
Wir hatten auch schon Wochen vor Ankunft um ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten. Bekommen haben wir die unterste.

Insgesamt selten so viel Kundenunfreundlichkeit erlebt! Aber überall wird einem der Zettel zum unterschreiben (und Trinkgeld geben) unter die Nase gerieben.

Unsere Suite, wie das gesamte Hotel, SEHR in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierungsstau! Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer. Die Teppichböden im gesamten Hotel sind über Jahrzehnte nicht nass gereinigt worden. Grauenhafter Geruch. Tapete löst sich ab und so weiter.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt ok. Lediglich Kaffee gab es ausschließlich durch die Bedienung- welche am Ende natürlich ihren Zettel (samt Trinkgeld) unterschrieben haben wollte. Und durch den begrenzten Platz im Restaurant muss Wartezeit davor eingeplant werden. Aber pünktlich um 11 wird ohne Rücksicht alles abgeräumt. Also am besten früh aufstehen.

La salida a la playa tomando el ascensor no está señalizado y primero tuve que ir x escaleras que son de mala calidad y subir x la rampa . Cuando me queje me indicaron después de insistir que existía un ascensor
