Good value for money in London. Great for travelling families as room spacious.
Pros:

The main hotel was really sparkling clean.
The room was so spacious.
Good value for money.
Most staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

Spa changing room was very full of towels and robes despite a lovely lady doing her best to keep it tidy.
Stair case to spa was weird and didnt match the rest of the hotel in terms of cleanliness.
One member of staff on gym reception seemed miserable and not very helpful . The others were amazingly helpful.

من أفضل الفنادق خدمة وسعة الغرف ونظافة الأثاث والديكور الاسعار مناسبة جداً وأقل من غيره بالمنطقة بعيد عن الضجيج والزحمة وقريب من الاماكن المحبوبة

Pros:

Had very good service provided by mr Fahad. The location was lovely had a lovely view from my balcony room. The room was very clean and the tea and biscuits was very stocked.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big reason for that was the incredible staff. I especially want to mention Mohit, who truly stood out. He is extremely friendly, welcoming, and has such a great personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable and at home.

Mohit went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, always greeting me with a smile and genuine kindness. His positive attitude and professionalism made a huge difference and really elevated the overall experience.

Thank you, Mohit, for the excellent service — you are a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We’ve been staying here many time. Bed is very comfortable. Sometimes we can even check in earlier than 15:00 which is very nice. Staff are friendly. Good location

Cons:

Breakfast hot food are very often empty when we arrived at the restaurant. The closing time on weekend is quite early , would be lovely to extend till 11:00 and maybe also have some more selection on breakfast for A Le `cart

Pros:

I have visited Chelsea Harbour Hotel a few times and each and every time, the service provided as well as the amenities have been impeccable. I am most impressed by the hospitality of each and every staff member and after my most recent visit, I must give props to our man Clauvair who was on the door and didn’t fail to make me feel like absolute royalty. Such manners, warmth and care in carrying out his role. He deserves the recognition. I insisted that he hand me a business card with his name on it (although I apologise if I’ve spelt it incorrectly and also for posting this later than 6pm as I had promised him as I asked him to check in hopes that it would make his day - life got a little in the way!)

Hope to see him and the rest of the fantastic staff at Chelsea Harbour Hotel again soon.
