The food was amazing!
The spa is old
The size of the suites was great, the rooms were clean. Staff were on the whole good but we did on occasion experience delays in service.
The air con in rooms was not functioning. a lift malfunctioned whilst we were there. Toilet cistern leaked. Swimming pool changing rooms were disgusting and out of date. cleanliness in the pool area was terrible.
We love the size of the rooms in this hotel & we got a refurbished room , which made all the difference . Good value for money
Spa area needs refurbishing
The fire alarm going off at 3.30 am and no one in charge who knew what was happening, after an hour confirmed it was not a fire, then returned to bed with the alarm continued to go off periodically.
L’emplacement, le spa

The air conditioning is very out dated I wouldn’t recommend staying there when it’s hot , also when calling room service the phone doesn’t get answered.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE: Fraudulent Management & Unlivable Conditions
Do not stay here. If I could give this hotel zero stars, or negative stars, I would. The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is running a complete circus, taking guests' money upfront, and then treating them with utter contempt and dishonesty.
Our three-day trip was completely ruined from the very first hour.
1. The Check-In Lie & Immediate Charge
We arrived at 2:45 PM for check-in. The hotel immediately charged us for the full three days and told us the room would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, we went back to the desk—still not ready. Because we had plans, we had to leave our luggage and head out into London.
2. Midnight Gaslighting
We returned at midnight expecting to finally go to bed. Instead, a receptionist named Mariia told us our room still wasn’t ready. For the next hour, we were fed a stream of blatant lies ("the hotel is full," "technicians are checking the room," etc.).
3. The 30°C "Penthouse" Oven
At 1:20 AM, a manager finally appeared and "upgraded" us to a penthouse suite. The catch? The AC was broken during a massive heatwave. The room was a suffocating 30°C (86°F). To make matters worse, the AC couldn't even be turned off, and the vents were literally blowing out 31°C air. Because it was nearly 2:00 AM, we were forced to sleep outside on the terrace.
4. Holding Our Money Hostage
The next morning, the room was still an oven. We demanded a refund for the remaining two nights so we could move to a liveable hotel, but management refused to cooperate, playing a toxic blame game with Booking.com. The hotel claimed Booking had to handle it; Booking claimed the hotel had to approve it.
The Bottom Line
We are now stuck here on our second night because they have taken our money and we cannot afford to pay for a second hotel out of pocket. They moved us back to our originally booked room, and it is even hotter than the penthouse.
Not a lot
Entire hotel air on was not working on one of the hottest weekends of the year
The room was excellent and very tidy.
The men steam room was on or it was no way near hot enough. And too much chlorine in the pool.
