Very good and beatiful Hotel
Pros:

The rooms are amazing for a Familie. We missed the rooms. We are in anoher hotel now in London and it is so small compared to the Chelsea hotel.
The Rezeption was really nice and helpful to US in everytime.
Manager Armer , Kafsa, the woman at the reception with blondred Hair on the 3 of April and the Reception Persons at night.
Very good service.
The Spa was great, two loovellyy girls on the 3 an 4 of April and oon. The 7 of April. Except Paulina, a woman with red Hair. A very unfriendly and rude Person. Always screeming to children. But the Spa doesn't belong to the Hotel. BUT you can use it.

An amazing birthday getaway.
Pros:

The staff -Maria,Mohit, Francesca and colleagues at the bar, also Regiha and the night staff.The staff were very professional and amazingly helpful.
The ambiance was spectacular.Room was absolutely beautiful and spacious for 3.
The atmosphere was fragrant and odourless.
The bed was super comfy with crisp linen.

Cons:

No dislikes.

Don’t waste your money
Pros:

Filthy, cold pool, dirty cushions on beds, no usable lockers, out of order loo and shower, floors filthy. Emailed for refund but no reply. Worst spa ever

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Love staying at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. The room was large and airy, great view of the marina. Special thanks to Aseel for recommending the upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and had a great nights sleep. Definitely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Best Experience 5*
Pros:

I was celebrating my Birthday and I booked spa & lunch . We had the best experience from start to finish. We were served by lovely Mona keep up the good work because of you I will make sure every month end I come hopefully it will be you serving me. She has the best customer service she communicates well, the food was coming out on time and she made sure we had all we needed . I was surprised with a birthday dessert which made my day more special . The food was good and the spa experience was goo too . Mona you made my day extra special she even took some nice pictures for us very much appreciated .

Perfect treatment
Pros:

Once again, I had the best experience at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. On this occasion I was made to feel welcomed as a valued guest and friend by the staff that I have come to know.
Zaher, Zakia and Essel were kind enough to remember my preferences and made me feel like a long awaited family member returning home. All my needs were catered for. I cannot ask for more.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal beim Empfang, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum!

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich einen größeren Bademantel zu bekommen!
Zimmermädchen läuteten, obwohl das Schild bitte nicht stören, an der Türe hing. Sie gingen erst, als man die Tür öffnete und NEIN sagte🤦‍♀️
