Gute Qualität zu angemessenem Preis
Pros:

Wie bisher bei allen meinen Aufenthalten im CONRAD, war auch diesmal das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, die Betten bequem, die Sauberkeit perfekt. Man ist aber gut beraten, ein Zimmer zu verlangen, welches etwas von den Aufzügen entfernt ist, und wo man nicht ständig das Ping-Ping der Aufzüge hört. Dass die Aussicht vom Zimmer gegenüber früher etwas eingeschränkt ist, ist der regen Bautätigkeit (Hochhhäuser) geschuldet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat ein sehr breites Angebot für jeden Geschmack und ist qualitativ sehr gut, und auch die Speisen im Restaurant Oscars sind sehr gut und preislich angemessen. Das Hotel-WiFi ist ganz passabel.
Praktisch ist die nur ca 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbare MRT-Station Promenade, von der aus man mit der Circle Line oder der Downtown Line Ziele wie Orchard Road, Chinatown, Little India, oder auch Botanic Gardens einfach erreichen kann, und in der gegenüber liegenden Mall (Suntec City) gibt es auch für kleinere, spontane Besorgungen Shops wie 7-eleven.

Cons:

Ein Wermutstropfen ergab sich daraus, dass das Hotel während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes offenbar komplett ausgebucht war - was womöglich auch mit dem Chinesischen Neujahrsfest zusammenhing. Sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet wie auch bei den Aufzügen ergaben sich in der Zeit zwischen 8 Uhr und 11 Uhr sowie am späteren Nachmittag (Check-In Phase) zum Teil recht lange Wartezeiten, und es dauerte auch recht lange, bis die Wassertemperatur der Dusche das gewünschte Niveau erreichte. Größter Nachteil der hohen Auslastung war, dass man keinen Late Check-Out (natürlich gegen Aufpreis) buchen konnte, sodaß man für eine Dusche kurz vor dem Spätabend-Rückflug auf die Lounge der Airline angewiesen war und daher etwas früher zum Airport aufbrechen musste.

Love staying in Conrad Marina Bay Singapore
Pros:

We are always looking forward in our stay in Conrad Marina Bay Singapore. The service was superb as soon as you get off your car. The lobby smelled really nice. The check-in processed was very easy thanks to Victoria. She explained to us what was covered in our stay. Once you arrived in your room, the room was super clean and roomy with a very comfortable beds and pillows with nice amenities (we wish though that they will go back in giving free shampoo and conditioner in its own portable bottle since we would love to take home that luxury feeling at our own bathroom once in a while🤣😂🤣). Having access to the executive floor was a plus. The service that they provided was excellent. Benjamin was very friendly and attentive in providing us with our drinks and snacks. We liked going there to relax and unwind after along day of activities.

Good for business trips
Pros:

It’s perhaps the underdog hotel not far from the CBD. You can easily walk over to Raffles City and have access to most MRT lines. Rooms are nice and bright, housekeeping good. Amenities wise not quite as up there as the rivals nearby, spa is an afterthought, gym and pool not huge and the lobby is starting to look a bit dated. If you’re looking for a Hilton brand hotel for business it perfectly does the job.

Pros:

Next to metro station Promenade and Suntec City mall, so very convenient to attractions. View from club lounge was stunning to see CBD. Room was luxurious and comfortable with a huge sofa and table. Breakfast was great to provide local cuisines.

It was Pleasant.
Pros:

Room was good. Service was very good. Food was excellent.

Cons:

My flight was early but I couldn't check in before the allotted time. An express check in would really help especially for guest flying in from distance.

A Conrad with a big heart for their guests!
Pros:

I had an electric fire at home v late one night and I was alone at home.

I ran out of my house and called for help from my neighbours.

The firemen came and extinguished the fire. I was so grateful for them and my neighbours.

But the house had acrid burning smells that lingered for days.

That early morning I was at the end of my tethers, the first time I thought of was to call Conrad Marina Bay to ask if I rush there to take a shower and rest. This was 4 am.

I cried as I spoke to the Duty Manager who was so kind and sympathetic. I stumbled into the hotel at 4.30 am, checked in totally drained. I showered and slept till noon and then properly realised I was sleeping at the hotel!

Conrad Marina Bay is top notch with its guests and this is why I continue to a regular there for my staycays! Thank you Conrad for giving me a place to stay when I most needed - comforting and familiar place

Excellent transit stop for a family of 3
Pros:

Excellent hotel which worked for us perfectly for a stopover on the way to New Zealand ... firstly 2 nights and on return 3 further nights. We. travelled with our 10 year old who was made to feel very welcome with a small robe and slippers and neat little bed made up on the room sofa. We stayed in an Executive room and made full use of the facilities and service that comes with this. The late check out on the last day was particularly appreciated as was having a room ready for us on arrival from the UK. Benjamin and all his colleagues in the Club Lounge were top of their game in hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when next passing through Singapore.

Excellent! A Wonderful Relaxing experience
Pros:

My wife and I were travelling to Singapore for the first time. We chose the Conrad for great location and great reviews, I have to say I am a Lifetime Diamond member so the benefits were also attractive!

I had to say the whole experience was first class!! I had extensive communication in advance of arriving wanting advice and guidance… the hotel responded with great courtesy and efficiency.

Out check in was seamless, very helpful and informative. Our experience of the executive lounge was outstanding! Great service and a warm friendly greeting every time.

Our room was fabulous, everything you could ask for and a great view from the 31st floor.

Highy recommend and would love to return with no hesitation.
