Loud Elevators in Luxury hotel
Pros:

Had a one night stay here while we enjoyed two days in Singapore. Check in from the front entrance to getting to out rooms was a pleasure and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Room was very nice and luxurious. Headed out to see the town and arrived back at hotel late. Here where the problem lies. I have hearing aids and I snore, so my wife brings her noise machine everywhere we go. So now I'm trying to sleep, no hearing aids and noise machine on and all I hear are the elevators all night. Took me forever to fall asleep. Upon checkout in the morning the women at the desk asked how out stay was and I told her everything was A+ except the noise from the elevator kept me up. She said she was sorry then disappeared, came back and said
"we marked your profile that you prefer a room away from the elevator". I felt they could have comped the night. We were in 10 Other hotels on our trip and although we had no other complaints I feel if we had it would be handled better. Well We travel for another 4 weeks in Aug and two months next Jan and will avoid Conrad and Hilton!

Very good location, close to Downtown subway line.
Pros:

Nice hotel, attentive staff and exceptionally clean.

Would stay again.

A few nearby bars which have happy hour 4-7pm, close to subway and walking distance to 3 malls and marina bay sands.

Beautiful hotel, awesome staff
Pros:

Our first time staying at the Conrad Marina Bay and it is wonderful. The location is convenient to the Marina and all of the attractions around. We have a King room on the Executive Lounge floor and our view is breathtaking. We cannot say enough about how fabulous, attentive and professional all of the staff are! Veronika at the front desk made our check in fast and seamless. Benjamin, Micah and Jane all made the experience in the Executive Lounge simply amazing. They were so pleasant and professional. They knew what we wanted before we did! The food and drinks the Lounge were exceptional. We cannot wait to return!

Another perfect stay - Thanks Conrad Marina Bay!

It's always our pleasure to return to this wonderful hotel which never disappoints. It's not just the perfect location it's the amazing staff that keep us coming back every time! Hilton Diamond benefits well recognised at the hotel especially at the Executive Lounge where the staff are always super friendly and attentive during afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We enjoyed a full delicious breakfast each morning at Oscars - special thanks to Greg and Tweet for truly taking care of us every day! Our Executive suite was large, with an amazing view and super clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. Thanks again to all the Executive Lounge Team for great service! Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

A wonderful hotel close to MRT ( underground) station and walking distance of Marina Bay and shopping Mall. Staff friendly and do helpful. Akbar, pool bar man, nothing was too much trouble and brought drinks all day long. This is my second stay here and hope it won’t be my last. Oscars restaurant caters for all nationalities and has buffet or al a carte at dinner.

Tribute to Junior at Singapore Marina Bay Conrad
Pros:

We stayed at your hotel in Singapore 27 Feb - 2 March 26 just prior to a 13 day cruise. I forgot to pack pants. Junior of your staff proved extremely helpful in recommending locations to find “American sized” pants. They fit great and helped me to avoid a very uncomfortable trip. He has also proven to be helpful throughout our stay. Conrad is fortunate to have such a great asset on your staff. Well done, Conrad!

Conrad, Marina Bay - superba staff, superb stay
Pros:

The Conrad, Marina Bay, Singapore, is excellence personified. Facilities are clean and suitable for guests, but the staff are exemplary. Every member of staff, from the welcoming reception to the waiters and restaurant hosts, to the cleaners, is professional, efficient and friendly.

We were lucky to stay in an executive room, which allowed us access to the Executive Lounge. The staff members there are at a different level of attentiveness. Caring, friendly, remembering past orders - just superb.

A great stay largely because of the staff. Highly recommended.
