Amazing staff and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Such a fabulous hotel! Complimentary desserts in the afternoons and complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. So generous! The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff absolutely lovely. Couldn’t fault it. Great location to train. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Molto consigliato!
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda alla stazione metro e JR, ben servita dai bus. Colazione eccellente, molto varia e di ottima qualità.

Cons:

La nostra tripla non era di grandi dimensioni, come tipico per le stanze negli hotel internazionali giapponesi di questa categoria.

Hôtel très sympathique mais avoir des chambres qui donnent sur le patio je pense mieux insonorisé

En complément de mon commentaire du précédent séjour, le personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel sont top ; les activités proposées très sympas et il y a des machines à laver !

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres vis à vis de la rue et des autres chambres, nous avons eu des voisins qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit sur la dernière nuit ( des bruits sourds de pas et de déplacement tard le soir et tôt le matin 5h)

You get so much for your money. Superb breakfast, desserts and drinks pm (matcha ice cream among others and make your own matcha drink) and then early evening drinks and tasty local snacks, which can also be taken in the sister hotel. Monthly activity included. This month was making your own fan. All included in the room rate. Good washing facilities. Excellent service across the board. Beautifully designed entrance and rooms. Very near the station. Based on value for money one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Genuine hospitality anchored in a Kyoto/Japan vibe.

Cons:

The fact that I did not choose their branch in Tokyo where I am now. ☹️
