Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de la gare centrale donc très pratique pour visiter la ville et ses environs , bus et trains très accessibles du coup !

Modern and comfortable!!
Pros:

Beautiful property, great amenities, wonderful staff, perfect location nearby bus lines and Kyoto Station. Fast and easy to get to all the spots but far enough away from the major tourist madness. I wish we had this hotel for our entire trip throughout Japan.

酒店及房間很漂亮，房間使用了和室風格設計，非常有高級感。洗臉盆，廁所及浴室也是分開3個不同位置，可以與同行夥伴分開使用，非常方便。升降機大堂有冷熱水機。酒店服務員有外國人，可以用流暢的英語溝通，態度也很好。

房間走動空間沒有想像中多，酒店位置需要走一段路才到京都站。

Un hotel semplicemente incredibile, sotto ogni punto di vista! Durante il nostro viaggio in Giappone abbiamo soggiornato in diverse strutture, ma il Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Ekimae è stato senza dubbio il migliore di tutti.

La camera era enorme, curatissima, moderna e sempre impeccabilmente pulita. Ogni dettaglio è studiato per offrire il massimo comfort e si percepisce subito l'attenzione che lo staff dedica agli ospiti.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche i servizi offerti, a partire dalle lavatrici e asciugatrici, comodissime e davvero ben organizzate, fino alla possibilità di gestire direttamente dal display della TV le preferenze per la pulizia della camera il giorno successivo. Piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza!

Fantastica anche la disponibilità di numerosi prodotti per la cura della persona e per il beauty, offerti gratuitamente agli ospiti, oltre al servizio di spedizione dei bagagli, estremamente comodo ed efficiente per chi viaggia in Giappone.

Tutto è stato impeccabile: servizi, pulizia, comfort, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli. È raro trovare una struttura che riesca a distinguersi così tanto in ogni aspetto del soggiorno.

Se dovessi tornare a Kyoto, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel, senza pensarci due volte. Un livello di qualità davvero eccezionale, che mi ha lasciato un ricordo bellissimo del viaggio, e anche il prezzo è super in linea con gli altri hotel, top della qualità senza spendere cifre folli.

Assolutamente consigliato! Cinque stelle sono persino poche! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sinceramente, nulla da segnalare. È raro trovare una struttura così curata e organizzata sotto ogni aspetto.
L'unico piccolo suggerimento riguarda gli orari delle attività gratuite offerte dall'hotel, come le bevande e i workshop. Sono iniziative davvero apprezzabili e originali, ma purtroppo le fasce orarie sono un po' limitate per chi trascorre la giornata visitando Kyoto e rientra in hotel soltanto la sera. Sarebbe bellissimo poter usufruire di questi servizi anche in orario serale, magari dopo cena, per rilassarsi con un tè o partecipare a un workshop. Sarebbe un ulteriore valore aggiunto a un'esperienza già eccezionale!

Cons:

Booking.com did not solve the situation related to the invoice from the hotel.
I've paid to Booking.com and customer service from Booking.com was the worst until now. They did not solve to get my invoce from each hotel I've booked in Japan within the plataform. I'm very dispointed with Bookin.com.
Do not book in Booking.com payng with paypal. You pay in advance and you will not get the invoice specially in Japan. The law is very clear in Japan about it. This is the worst customer service I've received, no contact and neither a solution.

Le service and people from this hotel was great. Excellent customer service from Ekimae Hotel in Kyoto.
