Great value and location
Pros:

Great location, only a short walk from Kyoto station. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The free toiletries in the lobby were a nice touch.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, but that was expected - especially with the price. There isn’t even enough room to open a suitcase on the floor, but we managed!

Amazing!
Pros:

My family and I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were super nice and very helpful, especially when assisting us with the luggage delivery service. The complimentary afternoon tea hour was a lovely touch and something we looked forward to each day. The hotel is well located, making it easy to explore Kyoto, and the room was quite spacious by Japan standards. We would definitely book here again when we visit Kyoto in the future!

Comfortable, great amenities and close to Kyoto
Pros:

Close to the main Kyoto station, hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many perks to their amenities (afternoon snacks/tea, evening drinks)- breakfast is great, room is comfortable and well designed with desk, lighting and room temperature control.
