リラックスできた良きstay
Pros:

京都駅から近く、バス停も目の前。
接客がどの方も丁寧でとても良かったです。
朝ごはんとても美味しくて大満足！

Cons:

部屋のトイレの便座にしっかり目に汚れがついていたので、それだけはちょっと残念で自分で洗いました。それ以外は綺麗でした。

Good location, next to Kyoto station. Nice clean rooms and cozy Japanese environment.

Cons:

The elevators are a nightmare during check out time, only way to get out of the hotel is through them and they are so full + stop every floor. Took 15 minutes of waiting for a non full elevator to arrive. Otherwise fantastic!

They even did free drinks and ice creams in the lounge on the first floor each night for our room type. Really wonderful

Os mimos q podemos usar para banho e skin care

Cons:

Máquina de lavar e secar roupa que demora duas horas e não seca. E o serviço de envio de bagagem para outro hotel tem que ser feito pelo próprio hóspede. Pelo preço pago, deviam no mínimo facilitar a vida do hóspede. Mas nem inglês direito o atendente falava. Muito difícil a comunicação para o nível do hotel.
