最高だった！次回はラウンジも絶対利用したい！
Pros:

部屋が和洋折衷で綺麗・清潔で素晴らしかった。スタッフも荷物預かりなどの気配りが良かった。
朝食が絶品だった。多種多様の和食はどれも繊細で美味しく、特に海鮮丼食べ放題が最高だった。
時間が合わなくて行けなかったが、無料アフタヌーンティーとラウンジに次回は絶対に行ってみたい。

Cons:

客室のドアを空けた所が狭く、大きなキャリーケースの部屋に出し入れに少し苦労した。

Dopo due anni siamo tornati in questa struttura, memori della meravigliosa esperienza precedente, e siamo rimasti nuovamente molto soddisfatti. Stanza e locali comuni pulitissimi e curati, personale gentile e disponibile, ampia disponibilità di amenities, colazione deliziosa, letti comodi, lounge aperta per gelato il pomeriggio e aperitivo la sera, addirittura un workshop di decorazione di furin! Siamo davvero contenti di essere tornati una seconda volta in questo hotel.

Very nice hotel , close to Kyoto station . The twin bed room even spacious for a Japanese hotel. Good breakfast buffet and also some nice extras.

Beautiful rooms. Loved the breakfasts and evening social drink
Pros:

Loved all the design details throughout the property. The room size was great. I could do Yoga easily!! Everything was very clean and I’m fussy. I met other travellers at the welcome activities. Such a sociable place. The breakfast had great healthy variety and was good quality. Will stay again.

The room is very clean and large!! It is large than all hotel I lived in Japan.
You also got free afternoon tee. And Free alcohol At night.
