Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Manager refused late check out for IHG member
Pros:

I had very good service from the gentleman checking me in, but my one request was denied. In the past I have been able to stay on later if I checked in late. The manager refused, even though I am an IHG member.

A spectacular stray at the Grand Mirage
Pros:

A great location that is central and that made access to places (venues, museum, shops, recreational sites) easily accessible. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The rooms were well maintained throughout our stay there. Room service is available round the clock and at an affordable price. Sufficient and secure parking in the basement. I highly recommend the facility, it offers the best value for money.

Crowne Plaza Canberra Excellet stay and experience!
Pros:

The receptionist staff, especially Zom, were unbelieable and so accomodating. Again no Concierge assistance but when advised of the medical problems I suffered from, Zom arranged immediately for a male staff member to assist me unloading and moving my luggage to my designated room. Zom was so pleasant and made the experience of staying at Crowne Plaza Canberra so accomodating and enjoyable. A smile goes a long way to ease the stress of a weary traveller! Room Service was excellent as were the waiters, although like Sydney, Canberra is also a cashless society, although I was able to offer a gratutity when I was afforded good service which was all of the time.

Very close to old Parliament House , walking distance to Canberra marathon , if they can improve their cleanness

The room was dirty , they should clean underneath the bed and besides the beds , tables they was dust everywhere

Amazing location and the breakfast is amazing! Great gym too.

Cons:

The pool was outside and our room didn’t have a remote for the TV. We requested one and was brought the wrong type but luckily we could use the one from the adjoining room.
