Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Carpets were not clean - hotel using robotic floor cleaners and they missed large swathes of carpet untouched. Beds were too soft and pillows were not supportive. Beds made for people of extremely short stature so spent the night continually trying to pull up sheets.

Great location, comfy beds - the hotel could be nice but it needs work
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable. The location was good.

Cons:

I think the bathroom was well past it's use by date.
Booking.com suggested there would be bathrobes and slippers in our room - there was not. 3pm check in is ridiculous, we were told our room was being prioritised- it wasn't. $40 /,person buffet breakfast seemed excessive

Good stay overall and the attractions are close enough to walk around the city centre.
Pros:

Overall location of the hotel, close proximity to the city walks.

Cons:

Some nighttime entertainment, when you return to your hotel and want to relax the evening away with some music.

Great location, but staff required better communication.

At check in staff mentioned breakfast was ‘included’ however when checking out, they advised we needed to pay. Very misleading. Should have confirmed when checking in that breakfast wasn’t included in price.
