Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

City centre Hotel in Canberra
Pros:

A city centre hotel in Canberra. Offices and markets are located very close to this hotel. Airport is located only 8 km away. Local buses and light railway stations are not far away. Room was good, clean and quiet. Breakfast is goid though menu was short. Reception and outside decorations are fantastic. Toiletries are available on request. Parking is available.

Location is good

Cons:

The room on the ground floor is a bit scary, the balcony door outside is the public ground, no fence for protection, everyone on the street can walk close to your room, and my friends room found some ants inside the room, the coffee provide in buffet breakfast is horrible, just like coffee water, if you want better coffee, you need to pay extra money.

We stayed 5 nights at least offer free parking for something better with parking $35 is expensive.
Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to shops.

Cons:

The pillow were terrible hurt my neck like a flat pancake had to ask for more pillows. Had 5 in total.
The breakfast was always warm never hot.
The room service food was beautiful but wasn't hot.

Great hotel city centre location
Pros:

Recently I stayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra over the long weekend and had a fantastic experience.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and felt relaxing despite the hotel being exceptionally busy. The central location makes it easy to access Canberra’s key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.

I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s spaces, which create a modern atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast each morning was crazy busy but excellently managed although had some wait times.

What impressed me most was the team, with more than 600-800 ppl at least occupying the building during a busy long weekend, the staff remained professional, friendly, and attentive at all times. The way they managed the busy period while still delivering genuine care was truly commendable.

A big thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I would happily return and highly recommend Crowne Plaza Canberra to anyone visiting the capital.

We’ve stayed here a few times but time to try a different place.
Pros:

Rooms were neat and the park view was great.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was a waste of money because it was a 20 min wait to get in and then no food. Ordered an omelette which then took 15 mins to get it. That and a coffee were the only things we ate. Poorly planned and probably understaffed for a busy long weekend.

A hotel in the heart of Canberra where the rooms appear outdated, but gets the job done.
Pros:

Good location, easy to check in and out. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory.

Cons:

Carpark can be difficult to find parking, and there are narrow areas move car around and park. Room furnishings are outdated. Tap had small leak which didnt bother me but it should be fixed. Hot water in shower kept losing pressure.
