Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 6.2 feet. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversize vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

It was all in all a good stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. It is an excellent location.

Cons:

I asked for a city view and we had a room on the 3rd floor with a large tree in front of the window.

Improvements and staff made the visit enjoyable.
Pros:

The food has improved. That awful netting in the bar has been removed and makes it more appealing. The staff both at check in and in the restaurant were friendly.

Cons:

Location is good. Bathrooms although clean could use a facelift but they were clean

We really love Canberra and the Crown Plaza is a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Fantastic access to the city, we easily walked to the War Memorial for Anzac Dawn Service. We had a City side room on the 2nd level that looked out to the beautiful established trees and made the window look like a painting.

Cons:

The bathrooms are a little older but very clean.
