Important information:

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our Concierge team will assist you.

Self-parking is $35 per day.. Please note that parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that the parking height limit is 1.9 metres. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Two Tesla electric car charging ports are available for guest use in the Crowne Plaza Canberra car park.

Please note that there is a 1.9% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club or JCB credit card.

Pros:

Great location. Loved the breakfast Buffet . Staffs were very accomodating with the request and good customer services.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an upgrade. AC was noisy and there was crackling like sound occasionally during the night as it seems like someone was trying to open the door. i couldnot sleep because of that noise neither my sister in other room.
And at last. Would have been nice if the parking fees were included .

Very poor money hungry hotel now. It’s not like it use to be. Cost saving hotel all new lost staff. Terrible service

Everything has changed in the last few months and it’s not as good as it use to be . It’s more like a cost saving hotel now . Breakfast is poor , staff are lost and unprofessional , the hotel is going downhill . I will be looking for a different place to stay One that has atleast coffee for buffet breakfast not pay for it after the breakfast costs a lot
