The location is fantastic, th estaff are great and the facilities are comfortable!
Beds could do with an upgrade and the room temperature control was not the best.
I loved the location as it was near the Lake.
Location
Beds and linen were basic , for a hotel of this price point
Close to town
This was our second stay at the Novotel Queenstown - we had stayed 4 nights earlier and were looking forward to coming back. But , this stay was in an inferior room, yet we had booked the same room type. Room was dinged up, bathroom 1/2 the size of previous room, vanity damaged, cups dirty, and were right next to the entrance to the hotel carpark so it was noisy too. We told reception that we were disappointed with our room and the staff smiled and said “we will pass that on”. Not sure what she she was passing on as she didn’t ask what we were disappointed with.
I am not sure if it was because we were booked through booking.com - as the other couple we were travelling with didn’t have the same issue with their room??
What a great hotel & very centrally located. Staff were friendly & helpful. I loved the Indian man in the bar with the waxed moustache
Clean and well appointed rooms. Good spaces and places for everything.
Reception Staff were lovely New checked us in and she was great. Location great so close to everything. However we will not return will find & can find better in Queenstown.
First shock $ 50 per night parking never have we had to pay this even in Europe. I couldn’t find another hotel that charges that amount in Queenstown.Tourist ripoff.
Our room (standard king ) was very standard. Smelt musty, Wall damaged, fridge was hot, very noisy people slaming doors until 3am, to say the least a very tired room. The room really needs a make over. For the price (Accor member) $493 per night I feel this was really over the top. I am embarrassed for our international visitors that think they are getting 4 Star accomadation.
Central to Queenstown cbd. Walk to all the in town attractions.
Parking was a little pricey
Loved the friendly staff and bed was very comfy
Parking was a nightmare. Had to park a fair distance from hotel
Location brilliant staff friendly and helpful
ロケーションがよく、ゴンドラが見える部屋で良かったです。

Staff And location were brilliant
TV services were the worst we found in the whole of NZ including tourist parks.
All other stays in NZ had at least sky news, satellite or google TV. Novotel only had a few local channels.
Location , comfort
Park is a drama
The staff and location were excellent. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable.
Our bathroom water flowed so slowly that we were in ankle depth water having a shower. We did report this.
Access to television programmes was limited. We stayed in various locations in New Zealand over our three week stay and we aways had Satellite channels and at least Sky News. We also had streaming services is some places.
The carpets and general appearance was weary but clean.
