Pros:

2回目の滞在です。駅くら近く、高級感を感じるホテルです。エレベーターも3つあり待ちも感じません。今回ツインのお部屋だったのてすが、ほどよく部屋も広くローベッド？みたいな座るもよし、寝るも良しみたいなのが置いてあってテレビ観るも会話も滞在中楽しく出来ました。水回りも清潔で良かった。景色も大きな窓で解放感があり、暖かい陽射しが射し込み明るい部屋でした。

Cons:

貴重品BOXあったのかな？旦那が探してました。あとベッド横壁紙がめくれてた。
コーヒースティックとか置いといて欲しい。
ベタだけど
風呂上がりにアイススティックとか乳酸菌とか、ちょっとしたお得感が、欲しい。

Value for Money
Pros:

We were upgraded to a room with king bed which we absolutely loved as the room space was big and even had a day bed. It just oozes a luxurious feel. Omiya Station is just under 5 minutes by foot. It has a pharmacy next door and 7-11 and Lawson’s are nearby too.

Cons:

The water at the Sky Spa wasn’t hot enough

Pros:

Nice hotel. Lots of food and shopping around. Good place to stay if you are flying out of narita but don't want to pay Tokyo prices. Easy to get on train to Ueno station, and from Ueno get on Skyliner.

Cons:

Lobby is not on first floor

睇相啲床好似好大其實係單人床 啲早餐食物種類好少，雖然係分時段安排入座假期時段，就算分咗入座時間段都係要等半小時以上才可以入座 建議大家唔好去食早餐

Nice hotel but uncomfortable beds sadly
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and very nice inside. Good staff, nice amenities.

Cons:

This is the second time ,and sadly probably last, I will book here. Both times the twin bed mattresses were very uncomfortable to me. Extremely firm and the mattress padding was far too thin. I ended up covering the bed with extra pillows to make the bed more reasonable. I’m not a picky sleeper but I’d rather sleep on tatami any day.
