Pros:

The rooms, smell, layout, were excellent. Coming into the hotel you are relieved from having to see hotel staff just click the button for your floor.

Cons:

I did not like that there was no money exchange for the washers and dryer. The washer and dryers were not actually efficient, I feel as though I could had done the drying better with a hair dryer than the machine itself
