Good short stay
Pros:

Location is good. Breakfast buffet is wonderful.

Cons:

Some of the room items not in good condition. The noise from the corridor can be heard easily when we are in the room.

Staffs were all very polite and helpful. Henry from reception was very helpful with all our enquires. Highly recommended. Will come back here again

1 night stay for a meet & greet event
Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

The shower pressure wasn't strong enough. There wasn't any soft closing for the main door as i remembered it always slammed behind me.

Cons:

I never received my included Airport Transfer. My room must had a recent water leak as it stunk. If I was staying longer I would have complained but only two didn't bother. but smell was quite over powering.

Very good location, however the property and stating there is not very pleasant
Pros:

The location and the size of the bed the most

Cons:

The property is old, the carpet didn’t smell good, the day 1 - we didn’t have toothbrush, shampoo or shower gel, we had to go buy everything. All the equipment and amenities are really old and not clean

Well located luxurious hotel
Pros:

A comfy room with a huge bed and a great city view. Helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Cons:

No desk and, surprisingly no door on the wardrobe. No designated smoking area.

Mixed experience with delayed check-in but otherwise a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location in the city center. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the housekeeping staff are especially friendly and do their work very carefully. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was compact but well-designed.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel in the evening around 8 p.m., but our room was not ready. We were offered a family room as an alternative; however, as we were four adults, we declined this option. We were first given one room, and the second room only after 9 p.m. This was very exhausting, as we had to wait for our rooms late in the evening after nearly a full day of travel. We expressed our concerns to another reception staff member, as the first one was not able to offer any compensation. Fortunately, the second staff member kindly provided us with a restaurant voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
During breakfast, my daughter was waiting at the live cooking station to be served by the chef, but she was not acknowledged or assisted. We also noticed that other guests were served more promptly.
The pool area looked nice and inviting, although it seemed more suitable for families with children.
