Superb customer services and designer room.
Pros:

The interior and exterior design is very class. Facilities like lounge for working space and attentive staffs.

Cons:

The variety of food. On one day the food is delicious and with huge variety. On other day its not as delicious. The chicken feet is a must try. Hope can have it everyday.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower gets clogged up easily, have to wait for water to come down before the next person takes a shower. We thought it was due to hair clump that’s causing the flooding but when opened up the drainage it’s still clogged.

Nicest hotel ever with a glorious swimming pool
Pros:

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, beautiful pool, wonderful staff, super nice rooms. Of you're looking for a really nice and inexpensive breakfast, try lost x found, a few minutes walk away

Next to lot 10, very close monorail and mrt station.

Cons:

Glass door for both toilet and shower room, just simply covered by a curtain. Feel uncomfortable 😕

Lovely place and great location
Pros:

Great service, lovely staff, the clean water station in the room everything was modern and clean.. excelent location right in front of the tourist bus main stop and shopping centers.

Cons:

Not many western options but i get it.. is Asia!!..unconfortable pillows

The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy walking access to major shopping malls and many restaurants, cafés, and eateries nearby. The bathroom facilities are also impressive, especially the strong and consistent water pressure, which makes showering very comfortable and refreshing after a long day out. In addition, the extra double bed is spacious and very comfortable, providing enough space for a relaxing rest. The pillows are soft and supportive, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable night’s sleep. The overall sleeping experience was very satisfying, helping us feel well-rested throughout the stay. Combined with the convenient location and comfortable room facilities, the accommodation offered a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay.
