Pros:

Fantastic Location, Friendly & Helpful Staff. Very enjoyable.

Except for the check in part we enjoyed the property asthe rooms are well equipped although a bit small
Pros:

Location is the main thing
It is close to many places we were keen to go like bintang walk and also sungai wang olaza

Cons:

Everything was good except the check in process
It was delayed as the front desk kept saying the room is still getting ready
Check in is 3 pm but we managed to gonin only at 5 something

Great location and friendly staff, but some maintenance improvements are needed.
Pros:

The location was excellent — everything was within walking distance to popular places. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, although not very spacious. The staff were friendly and they give me a late check-out.

Cons:

The room shower drainage was not good — the water would quickly overflow after a short shower. I also wished the window was in the room instead of the bathroom. The hotel could use some maintenance.

Best buffet breakfast ever!
Pros:

Fantastic location - walking distance to all your needs. Pool was lovely and gym was very well equipped. And the best buffet breakfast I think I’ve ever had!

Cons:

Lots of noise from the room next door. First time was cleaners, second time was the family staying there. Perhaps not very sound proof.

A good choice in the heart of Bukit Bintang.
Pros:

The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang with shops and restaurants all close by. The room was well-equipped and updated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also good value for money.

Gorgeous hotel but service in room not as good as expected
Pros:

Rooms modern. Whole hotel smells lovely. Staff at entrance always very helpful and smiling. Cafe The Lemon tree was nice and good value

Cons:

Had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room on both days as they hadn't been despite us being out until 1700.

This is the second time at the hotel. It’s in a great location is very comfortable. Staff are always helpful.
