Pros:

The location is fantastic...basically near to everything.

Cons:

The rooms took so long to be ready..we get a spare room to rest and got our actual rooms at 8pm

3 great night's in Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

The rooms are spectacular with amazing views. Staff incredibly polite and attentive and a great location for a base to see Kuala Lumpur. Cannot fault our 3 night stay.

Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce bel hôtel de Kuala Lumpur. Notre chambre était spacieuse, le lit immense était très confortable. Le personnel avait décoré notre chambre et nous a offert un gâteau au chocolat pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est immense, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Hardware disappointing. Service is exemplary.

My quality of sleep was so extremely bad because the aircon was too cold - 16C to 19C - on all three nights despite repeated attempts by hotel to rectify the aircon control problem. Woken up by the cold.

The marble flooring was very slippery even when it was not wet.

The service - from check-in, cub lounge to concierge- was really good.

Pros:

Great location, clean rooms with everything needed. Very good facilities and service in club lounge.

Cons:

We stayed on 4th floor with no view at all (the windows were covered by a mesh), and it was very noisy.
