Loved it anyways!

Cons:

Noise from the street has been cancelled, that is a big plus, however from the coridor you can hear a lot of a noise, especially doors being closed and housekeepers

Hotel service/ratings decaying.
Pros:

Within walking distance to most recommended malls.

Cons:

Room equipment fail and missing.
Mini fridge not working and my room is missing the weighing scale.
Yah sure..just press '0'...mind you..nobody answered. Then..when you try again..engaged. so nobody is working after 2am?

The kids room should have curtain instead of blinds. My kids had difficulty sleeping through the night as there will lights coming from the mall

Good location, friendly, helpful staff but room layout could have been better.
Pros:

Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was very central.

Cons:

No fault of the Hotel, but all peace and tranquility from the pool area was shattered as building work was going on next door.
We had a stale, musty smell in our room and indeed on the entire corridor. The room was clean but seemed to be poorly ventilated. Hence we were reluctant to spend any more time than necessary there.

Lovely hotel noisy pool
Cons:

The pool was lovely but the building work on the hotel next door was unexpected and very noisy. Made it difficult to relax.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage pour la piscine.
Pros:

L’emplacement est très sympa, le personnel est agréable, surtout les mecs de la sécurité parking

Cons:

Une piscine très jolie, mais malheureusement on peut pas beaucoup en profiter un bruit permanent de ventilation de l’hôtel, sans compter le Chantier qui a grave la situation mais nous remercions quand même l’équipe de nous apporter amis d’aller dans la piscine de l’autre, hôtel de la même chaîne, manque de personnel à la piscine pour les commandes le débarrassage des assiettes, etc.
