Ok stay but money better spent elsewhere

Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Average value compared to other more bespoke options in KL. 5 min+ waits for the elevators made getting to the room or down to street / pool level extremely inconvenient. 3 elevators for the majority of this enormous hotel not enough

A lovely stay!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Park Royal KL. The hotel was beautiful with friendly and helpful staff and the location was great. We had a family suite which the kids absolutely loved which had two separate rooms and the bathroom.

Cons:

Very minor but some more storage drawers/shelves in the room would have been great and we thought breakfast was expensive for what it was so we went out and about instead.
