It was delightful and a nice staycation.
Pros:

The reception was welcoming lived the different items on during the day and the water or drinks in the afternoon etc. Loved the location. And the bar next door.

Cons:

The pool area was disappointing firstly it was dirty in and around. I had to point out to the staff to clean and pick up the paper cups near the pool as they nearly ended in the pool
Then there was someone hair piece floating in the water it looks like wind blew it in. The pool area needs a person who is there managing and overlooking things and that was not the case on the two days we went. Also need some little stools as tables or something to allow us to put our drinks on etc.

Every staff member was polite and wanted to help
The pool was great and rooms lovely although we didn’t have a beach view.

My only complaint is the cost of parking as the self
Park was full when i arrived on Friday night after work.

A great 2 days in Manly at your beautiful hotel. The beds, linen and pillows were exceptional

Love the location across from the beach and features of this hotel -nice staff
Pros:

Great views from the sea view rooms , love the little extras ,healthy snacks , rise at 5 Melisa on arrival . Lovely beds and towelling ,great roof top pool -great for kids .very close to the Corso of Manly with all its shops and restaurants and a beach swim amd walk along the promenade . Great Italian next door . All in all a wonderful experience and we’ll be back !

Cons:

A few minor maintenance issues -to be expected as the sea air can affect metal of course -and so it was hard to lock and open door to the balcony -. Cable tv hard to set up.Should have Netflix and Foxtel movies accessible and available easily .
