Nothing staff and facilities were excellent
Excellent stay, beautiful room, thoughtful provisions, very very comfortable bed, ideal position. Lovely rooftop pool. Staff greeting on arrival with bubbles and cold sparkling water. One of the best weekends away I have ever taken. Fabulous breakfast spread. I look forward to coming again very soon.
I couldn’t get a reservation at the hatted Italian restaurant at the time I chose. Bistro could have had a wider menu. Honestly only very minor points, literally all I could possibly criticise. Otherwise just perfect.

Great location, staff and service. And the beds were super comfy.
Pool area was not big enough for the amount of guests, which was a pity, as we were only there for one night and it was so at the pool area, we couldn't take advantage of it.
Breakfast great and I really appreciated the good coffee! Staff very attentive and great selection of fruit and breads. Foyer and Bar and restaurant great but couches in lobby a bit too low for older people.
Perhaps the room is going to be renovated because it is an old style room…toilet lid banged loudly onto wall, no where to hang towels, no handles on bathroom cupboard doors . It was a very spacious room which was great but I found the bed hard and door into balcony difficult to open. For a disabled person or an older person with arthritis these things matter.

Very dated room. Bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom from the 80’s. No amenities for the bath at all . Amenities only for the shower and hand basin. Room was large. Could easily fit a king sized bed. Bed side tables were super small. Stain on carpet next to bed. No in room dining (or none that we could find)
