Preis- Leistung stimmt hier nicht!
Pros:

Schöner Bungalow über dem Wasser. Frühstück und Lunch waren gut. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Lage sehr gut, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Völlig überteuerter Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel (dabei gibt es von der Airline ein kostenloses Boot!) Preis Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Etwas abgewohnt, Fenster etc. undicht. Auf der Veranda ungemütliche harte Holzstühle ohne Polster. Absolut nichts in der Mini Bar vorhanden. Personal sehr nett, aber sehr unorganisiert. Das Restaurant war schlichtweg schlecht! (Schlechtestes Abendessen das wir hatte) Cocktails schmeckten täglich anders, mal gut mal nicht trinkbar. Für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert und deshalb auch die schlechte Bewertung.

Pros:

We think that this hotel is located on the best spot in Bora Bora. However, the property needs updating to compete with other like resorts. It should consider taking advantage of the fabulous spot by enhancing the restaurant food and update outdoor furniture, etc. The food overall in comparison to anywhere else you could eat on the island was very disappointing. We recommend the resort address the restaurants in general, food and service. This resort has so much potential that it is not taking advantage of.

Pros:

I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my honeymoon. We decided to stay at this hotel because of the value for money it offered. We also thought the location was perfect because of the crystal-clear waters and the tranquility of the area. However, what we found far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they were more than attentive to us. The private transportation was punctual and efficient, and we were able to take advantage of the few hours of sunshine we had during the day. The welcome from the hotel staff was unbeatable, and they showed us around all the areas of the hotel and the rooms. They also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. The bungalow was in a great location, with incredible views and all the amenities we could ask for, such as free cold water at all times, direct access to the sea, and beach loungers. Before arriving, we were a little concerned about the area, as this hotel is a bit far from the “hotel zone,” but thankfully we didn't choose to stay there! The water was incredible in our area, and the hotel offered all kinds of excursions and services. We also rented a boat and were able to see the famous ‘hotel zone’, which had all the hotels lined up in a row and whose water was not as incredible. Finally, the staff's attention was the best part of the experience. They were very concerned about how we were doing, and the manager even came to visit us twice during our stay! We also saw her do the same with other guests, so it's standard procedure.
What's more, knowing that we had a flight to Tahiti in the afternoon, they offered us a late check-out without us even asking! What more could you ask for?
I would choose it again a thousand times over.

Pros:

The place is great, the water is very shallow which is kid friendly. You can take the kayak and SUP for free.
In the onwater bungalow has a glass teatable which can open and feed the fish directly inside. Really wonderful experience.
Staffs are super friendly.

Cons:

Nothing but just be careful of the corals in the water.

Tolles Hotel auf der Hauptinsel ohne auf ein Motu zu müssen
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich. Unser Strandbungalow war direkt toll und unser Vierjähriger hat es genossen direkt am Strand zu sein, denn der Hotelstrand ist sogar besser als der gegenüberliegende Matira Beach. Unser Kreuzfahrtschiff hatte einen Overnight auf Bora Bora und so waren wir für eine Nacht hier, um Bora Bora in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Und das kann man in diesem Hotel sehr gut, ohne auf ein MOTU übersetzen zu müssen.

Cons:

Die Entenbrust beim Abendessen war leider nicht so lecker. Das Pulpo Curry serviert in einer Kokosnuss war super, das Tuna Tartar auch. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll.

Pros:

Le paradis sur terre.. Certes les pilotis ont un certain coût mais cela le vaut largement ! Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu clôturer notre voyage de noces en un si beau lieu. Les équipes sont extrêmement accueillantes et à l'écoute, nous avons pu profiter les facilités de l'hôtel avant même notre check-in. Les restaurants sont très bons et le show polynésien du samedi soir est magnifique.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Great stay, and we would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent aesthetic views. Amazing over the water bungalows. Felt comfortable and relaxed! Outside pool and access to kayaks, stand up paddle boards etc was fantastic.

Cons:

Post check-out process needs to be reviewed. The hotel organised a taxi for us to arrive at the port for us to be ferried to the Bora Bora Airport but we were still charged a private internal airport transfer of about $300 NZD which should have not been on the bill considering a taxi was called to bring us the the island port for access to the airline general ferries. A private internal airport transfer is launched from the hotel itself as to avoid public transport etc. We had go call reception about this error and we were provided an email to contact. We emailed our concerns but no responses were sent back to us leaving us in the dark a bit. I had to make a follow up call to confirm if we were correct in assuming the bill had an error.

Deception
Cons:

Nous arrivons à une période de saison des pluies et nous sommes la pour deux nuits
L’hôtel n’est pas complet et on nous indique le samedi à 17h que le
Lendemain il y a aura tempête et qu’on ne pourra pas sortir du bungalow nous demandons un late check out qui nous est refusé
Nous avons passé la journée avant notre vol à attendre à la réception , comme d’autres guests. Selon moi c’est inadmissible au prix où on paie le week-end de ne rien proposer …

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. Lage des Bungalow aber sehr wichtig!
Pros:

Hotel und Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch schön und gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich, vom Kofferträger bis zum oberen Management. Anreise mit gratis Fähre in die Stadt und dann per Taxi um ca. 2500xpf ins Hotel. Abreise mit dem Hotel Transfere da etwas zeitkritisch. Overwater Bungalow war groß und schön. Achtung auf die Aussicht! Meerzugang von der Terrasse super. Frühstück war eher klein aber sehr gut. Restaurant "The Lucky House" zu Fuß nur 4min und sehr gut. Aber auch das Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut und nicht viel teurer.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Problem. Die Klimaanlage des Nachbar Bungalow war sehr laut (vermutlich weil schon sehr alt). Der Lärm war den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse und auch in der Nacht im Bungalow (es gibt keine Fenster sondern nur Sichtschutz aus Holz). Bei ca. 1000$ pro Nacht würde ich gerne das Meer rauschen hören und nicht die Klimaanlage des Nachbarn. Wir haben es dem Hotel gesagt. Ein Techniker kam zum Nachbar Bungalow und ging nach 2min wieder. Wir wurden nicht zurückgerufen oder anders kontaktiert. Personal ist also freundlich aber nicht hilfreich. Sehr schade. Ich würde daher nicht wieder kommen. Lärm im Urlaub ist nicht hilfreich. Das trifft natürlich nicht alle Bungalows. Es wäre mit dem Tausch auf neuere Geräte auch leicht lösbar.

Great Option in Fantastic Bora Bora
Pros:

Hosted in an overwater bungalow, Absolutely amazing view from the room.
there is an aquarium just below the Bungalow, lot of fishes, plenty of colors, and 2 big rays !
people at reception is absolutely fantastic
staff at restaurants are good, very attentive, sometimes not that efficient. great service room
comfy bed and plenty of pillows
I had late check out which is great having a flight departing late afternoon.
location, just crossing the street is matira beach, in my opinion, the most beautiful beach on earth

Cons:

many accuracies in the restaurants, bringing wrong dishes or drinks that never arrived.
actually the food in the restaurant is far from the quality you are expecting in a hotel like this, there is a FANTASTIC food in the restaurant in the corner outside.
transportation in boat from/to the airport is absolutely ridiculously expensive.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un court séjour exceptionnel. Le cadre, la vue, le lagon participent au charme de cet hôtel. Le bungalow était confortable et bien équipé. Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux.

Hotel en un entorno maravilloso, pero caro en relación calidad-precio
Pros:

El entorno, la playa, el agua, las vistas y las habitaciones overwater.

Cons:

El restaurante y su comida en general. Muy caro y de mala calidad.

Las instalaciones del hotel en general. Falta de oferta e instalaciones. No hay gimnasio, no hay spa, ni sala fitness, etc.
Si llueve o hace malo te aburres.
