Staff nice & very helpful. Good location for harbour bridge & opera House & in a touristy area. More travel required to get into the other areas.

Cons:

Room was cramped for 3 people with luggage & double beds seemed smaller than average. Bathroom & room dated & a little shabby

Very highly recommend this hotel for the views

Stunning views from everywhere !!

Cons:

There was an middle of the night fire alarm go off and everybody left their rooms and waited outside in corridors but we were never told that it was a false alarm and we could go back to our room. Very badly organised.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off. Told us to stay in room until further notice in middle if night and never gave an all clear. Up for hours. Very old antique rooms. Definitely needs upgrades from what I spent on room. Only thing awesome was the location
