The location was wonderful, clean and easy to get to our cruise the next day.
Die Architektur des Hotels. Dass die Kinder gratis frühstücken dürfen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.
Dachterasse mit Aussicht auf die Oper.
Leider war der Dachpool nicht geheizt.
Wäscheservice könnte meiner Meinung nach gratis sein.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt, es wird im Juni 26 neu renoviert laut den Angestellten, dies ist auch sehr notwendig.
Das Badezimmer hat teils Schimmel und wurde mehrmals notbedürftig repariert.
The location of the hotel is brilliant, as very close to restaurants and circular quay.
The hotel looked very run down decoration wise. The corridors had poor carpets and dust build up on the edges, so had no obviously not been hoovered.
The room was in a poor condition. The carpets were badly worn, the curtains were broken, the dust on the carpet edges and skirting boards was disgusting! And had not been cleaned for a while.
The bathroom needed a complete redecorate, as the grout in the tiles, both on the wall and floor, were dirty and mouldy. The bath had bad marks on the bottom and the shower curtain was all ripped.
The breakfast was poor with little choice and the food was overcooked and hard.
The roof top area had flaking paint on the decking, the loungers were filthy and the hot tub was dirty and did not work.
I feel totally let down by this hotel, and wish I’d not wasted my money in staying here!

It was very dated decor and very basic inside
Proximity to Sydney overseas Terminal and Sydney Harbour
Payment taken before our arrival even though site says no money will be taken and payment was on arrival. I prefer to pay using my cheque account instead of paying surcharge for credit card.

noisy air conditioner, loose toilet seat, no ability to stream movies on TV. too expensive for late checkout even on a monday when not busy. bar not open on a Sunday.
