Pros:

Courteous staff.

Cons:

Breakfast closes 30 minutes earlier than publicised time. With 30 minutes to go all food is taken away from the kitchen. That is absolutely bad customer service.

Overnight stay enjoyed the proximity to Darling Harbour.
Pros:

The hotel is well located with a short walk to the bottom end of Darling Harbour and a reasonable walk to the CBD. The room was very clean with a good range of toiletries. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant and had an excellent range and variety.

Cons:

having driven there by car, the hotel location is quite confusing for the navigation system for someone not used to the Sydney traffic.
