Service. The service from the moment we arrived was great, service at breakfast exceptional, it was the most pleasant breakfast experience we have had, well done to all staff.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
Limited breakfast variety, though coffee options were good.
Beautiful room, comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful as were the staff. Valet parking was a convenient touch and having luggage brought to our rooms also great.
The bathroom is due for an upgrade, looking tired compared to the previous room I stayed in.
The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Needs updating particularly the shower. The lifts were very slow. Probably would be better running all three lifts at peek times.

Only downfall was early morning noises from the breakfast area, plates being banged around at 5:30am wasn’t nice to wake up to but other then that everything and everyone was great.

Didn't have room available that i booked weeks in advance. Carpet in room was soaking wet & asked to move for second night. Messed up my name so parking staff couldn't find booking. Moved my luggage to new room but no record of new room number?
Good location, close to both the city and the river.
I was disappointed that we were charged for parking even though it wasn’t mentioned in the booking confirmation. We were also given a room at the back with no view, and this wasn’t explained before check-in. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working at all, which made the room uncomfortable. Better transparency, maintenance, and communication would make a big difference.
Great location, so close to darling quarter and darling harbour very easy to walk around. Really liked the hydration stations to fill up water bottles and the beds were super comfortable.
