The Akoya Saigin Central was in a fabulous location, easy walk to fabulous dining options that the staff very helpfully recommended. Walking distance to the Ben Thanh markets.

We stayed in a deluxe king room with balcony and the room had everything we needed, and was clean and tidy.

Breakfast buffet was pleasant, but the staff get the highest rating. They could not have been more helpful, organise Ng transport, recommending restaurants and general assistance. Would definitely stay again

Great location. Staff was kind and helpful. They lent me a usb charger ans stored my bags even after checkout since i had a late flight, both free of charge.

Staff moved my bags without telling me, cockroaches in the rooms, strong smell of sewages from bathroom. Comfortable beds, great location

Very convinient to stay. Food and market places are around nearby. Walking distance to most tourist atyractions. Restaurants nesrby mostly Michelin rated. Staff Yen very helpful. Made our navigation in the city easy. Room not expensive but cozy and comfortable. Room by the windows nice. Breakfasts were just enough. No more no less.

Located in the middle of District 1, everything was walkable. The streets pavements of HCMC at the moment are being upgraded, so there was a lot of construction happening, wear enclosed shoes until this has been finished. The staff were engaged with their guests and a special shoutout to Yen, she made our groups stay amazing. Her local knowledge and recommendations of eateries were insane. We dined at 3 Michelin starred restaurants whilst there, Food and Coffee were exceptional and inexpensive. With the sheer volume of accommodation in this area, Akoya's location to attractions, friendly staff and competitive pricing make this hotel a consideration for all mid tier travellers.

Excellent hotel to stay with good customer service. We arrived an hour before check in but accomodated us right away. Thanks again to their wonderful front desk and the rest of the staff who were very helpful and approachable!

Beautiful hotel on the beach,spacious rooms

All the staff were exceptional and friendly, but I want to specifically mention Yen. She was awesome and made lots of great recommendations for local food!

Only reason I am giving a rating of 4 is because the shower wasn't the most pleasant to look at, with (what looked like) some mold on the floors/corners. Other than that, the room was clean and upkept daily.

Right in the heart of Saigon. Good restaurant around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s in a great location, the rooms had everything we needed and the staff were exceptional. As soon as we arrived the staff supported us with any questions and recommended local restaurants that were vegetarian friendly. We were even offered a breakfast grab bag to take to our early morning flight. The lady on the front desk ( I wished we had asked her name) was amazing .

Really well located hotel in District 1 near markets and many restaurants. Easy to walk to most areas.
Hotel basic but clean with friendly staff. Breakfast included. Good value.
