Pros:

Our view from room. The staff and service. Location.

Cons:

Paid parking. First in for the best park. The last park available to us was for an electric car. Very tight park. Next time would save 35 dollars and park near road.

Don’t bother. It’s not Crowne.
Pros:

The bed was large and comfortable. The restaurant food was exceptional. Delicious and staff in that area great. View from my table of river at night lovely.

Cons:

The street parking in the rain. The lack of service assistance with luggage. The lack of offering umbrella. Just sent out into the rain to find a parking spot for my car! The check-in staff were rude, unpleasant and very very unhelpful.

Staff were amazing. Facilities were great. Room was super comfy. Food was top notch

Cons:

I unfortunately had a room backing onto the elevator. It kept waking me & was very loud during the day too. I did speak to staff the next morning & they were very helpful & understanding.

Was good but could be better, left the place super stressed
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and clean!

Cons:

Shame the fridge was empty was hoping to have at least bottle of water. Tried to call room service couple of time and no answer.
Lack of communication between guest and staff… check in we got told one thing, check out another thing.
Parking was an issue, they said I supposed to book in for parking but I never had any email and or message to tell me so. The only communication I had with the hotel was about being able to check in a bit earlier and in my view they were a bit rude in the message.

샤워시설이 특히 좋았으며, 청결한 청소 서비스도 좋았음

Cons:

여행 플렛폼(Booking.com)으로 예약을 했는데, 숙박비 tax invoice 발급을 못 받았음. 양 측이 서로 발급을 미루어서 못 받고 왔음.
이유야 어찌 되었던, 투숙객에 불편을 줌.
