Cons:

Parking at hotel was unavailable Saturday afternoon through till Sunday check out. Alternative parking arranged at public parking 3 minutes away. A few problems getting out as paid parking ticket wouldn't let me out unless another higher fee was paid!

Great place to base yourself to explore Perth

Great Two Day Mini Break
Pros:

Wonderful Hotel, situated overlooking Langley Park, the Swan River and South Perth.
We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend, the staff were professional and very helpful, the room was a delight with a balcony overlooking the pool and and view of the river.
The pool area was well frequented and we were fortunate enough to get a Kabana to keep shaded in a pleasant 28*c summers day. We enjoyed drinks and snacks by the pool and service was quick and polite. Breakfast was a la carte with a cold display buffet and was very enjoyable. Phil was the main man on breakfast and was great to chat with regarding the hotels history and events happening in Perth.
We are looking forward to our next stay and intend to use the bicycle hire to ride along the river

No water bottles
Pros:

Water bottles not provided in room which is very poor. If environment is the concern then glass bottles or a chilled water filter could be installed in rooms. I don’t believe them when they say environment as you could purchase water or bottles for a refill at the lobby. This was my first stay here and i Won’t be staying here again.
