Absolutely lovely. We will stay there every time we go to the city.
Pros:

The view from the hotel is amazing and the view from our balcony was beautiful 🤩
And the variety of food available for room service was sensational.

Cons:

Not enough parking. And I wasn’t informed when I booked the room that I needed to book parking and pay for it. I think it should be included in the price if you get an upgraded room.

Terrible experience
Cons:

If I could give this property 0 stars, I would. Upon my check in, I asked the check In person how much will be if I extended my tomorrow till evening due to my late flight and he said $150 till 6pm. Next morning I went to pay for extension they told me it’s $250…till 6 pm. It’s half price and the full price of the room is $319. On top of that the pasta carbonara was disgusting and inedible.

Location was great and loved the room.

Cons:

I was absolutely disappointed with the disruption that came from the gym which was directly above the room I stayed in. I had to complain 2 times and eventually went to the gym and found a group of children playing in the gym and banging the weights on the ground. It’s ridiculous to relax in a room that is so disruptive.

I would not stay there again!

Overall perfect pisition for sky show, pleasant staff and very clean.
Pros:

Very clean, beds were fairly comfortable

Cons:

A lady being allowed to bring her cat into the dining room at breakfast and sit it on a bench chair. Slow service in bar although it wasn’t very busy,but she was struggling.

Basic hotel, great location, clean rooms double beds and average service.
Pros:

Location and room cleaned during stay by nalina was excellent, thanks Nalina and even the house keeper’s friendly smiles or Hi’s when walking down hallways as they were working.

Cons:

The temperature of the room couldn’t be controlled as too cold or hot, communication of staff regarding parking, buffet breakfast, dinner. Only 2 towels in room even with 4 guests delivered to room when asked though, went to level 3 to watch fireworks whole entrance/lift area stunk like smoking cigarettes was happening there but not when walked in gym so was contained to lift area. Drinks being served in pool area I believe this may have been why smoking inside and on pool area was occurring. Beds were only small doubles but comfy and clean. Passed people at front desk many times during our stay no smile or acknowledgment anyone could have accessed the lifts I believe, I get people are busy but when we did speak to them usually wrong information was given anyway. Gentlemen on last day at desk was great and gave us the details regarding off site parking about requirements to leave and reenter to late to do this now though. First hotel I wasn’t asked how was your stay, at the end of stay…..

Very standard place not worthy of 4 star rating
Pros:

It was quiet and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was just very normal compared to the price we paid $40 per person for each day. Too expensive!

For the price we paid, they could have given us a room with the view. There were many rooms that were vacant. Yet, we received one facing another apartment.

It was way too standard accommodation. I'm not sure why they have a 4-star rating itself!
