Unfortunately, this stay fell well below my expectations, particularly given it was sold as a room upgrade.
There were multiple issues throughout my stay, including:
* Significant room and restaurant noise.
* Air conditioning issues.
* No TV remote in the room.
* An inability to contact room service, reception or the duty manager. It took approximately five phone calls over a 15–30 minute period before I was able to speak to someone to request a blanket. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly when guests may require urgent assistance.
I was also disappointed with the accessibility of the upgraded room. It was not located on the lift level, and no offer was made to assist with my luggage until I specifically asked. Due to pregnancy and associated medical issues, I was unable to safely carry my bags and it was only when I asked for the lift was I offered help. The following morning I again had to take my luggage downstairs myself after being unable to get anyone to answer the phone when I was trying to check out.
During a previous stay, my room was located behind the lift and experienced significant lift noise. While that stay wasn’t ideal, the overall service was much better and I overlooked the room location. Unfortunately, this most recent experience combined the room issues with several service failures, resulting in a very disappointing stay.
Based on these two experiences, I have lost confidence in the consistency of the hotel consider if this hotel is right for you.

The room was comfortable but was dated and the shower /bathroom needs to be upgraded.

It was just ok. The room was a bit old and the heater/air con rattled while on. there was no snacks or water in the fridge which is disappointing especially when the room wasn't cheap!! We also ordered a cheese & cracker platter for $26 and there was literally 7 crackers, 2 small blocks of parmesan (not really ideal for a cheese platter lol), a few other cheeses, no cutting knife and a small bowl of nuked berries which i think was meant to be like a jam/relish I was expecting a little more from this place. However, luckily the location is great and breakfast was on point!! Hence the 3 stars. Also the staff were friendly enough...

Do not cater to allergies and bins in our bathroom was not emptied had dirty pads and band aids in it on arrival.
Had a good one night stay the beds were very comfortable breakfast was yummy they packed everything up before we finishrd eating went to get other apple juice but couldn't 😒
