There was maintainence work being done so very noisey.. afternoon and morning from approx 9 having to listen to drilling and hammering was unacceptable!!

prime location, lovely views for the balcony rooms, lovely staff at check in.
Very outdated, the rooms were small considering the prices being paid.
Staff were very lovely, the lady that greeted us was very helpful and made us feel welcome we enjoyed our stay.

We asked for a late check out, and even though we are member for IHG, they granted us only till 11:30 am which result for a stay less than 24 hrs since the check in was not before 3 pm the day before. I think this is unfair and they could have grant us more hours. We came to spend 1 day of our vacation, it ended up as a business stay.

Location was good
Booking confirmation led us to believe that breakfast was included. Upon arrival we discovered it was just for the adults on the booking and we had to pay further for our children.
The receptionist had to go to the booking.com website and search for the sentence that made this clear. It was not included anywhere on the booking confirmation. This is really poor service and in our opinion misleading. Really disappointing.
