Highly recommended
Pros:

A very comfortable stay and great location. Paying extra for a balcony was worth it.
The only disappointing thing was the pool not being heated.

Ripped off and let down

View

Cons:

Was charged for cleaning and the room hadn't been cleaned even when requested. Was charged in USD not AUD. Booking.com has done nothing. Hotel we l wont fix the issue. Will never recommend or use booking.com again. And for being associated with the crown you would think the plaza would be a bit nicer. Getting old and looking not he best

Comfortable stay to watch the football
Pros:

My son was hoping for a buffet as we'd had last time we stayed

Cons:

Ordered room service as we got back later from the football, limited meals and the menu wasn't clear, we ordered 2 x extra chips as the chicken wrap didn't say side serve was supplied with. Ended up only eating half.
