This is my go to hotel when I’m staying in the CBD
Pros:

The position on the waterfront and with a balcony is hard to beat, I’ve stayed at other waterfront hotels there that cost more and you can’t even open a window let alone step out onto your own balcony.

Cons:

I’m struggling to find any dislikes.
