Location and staff wonderful.
Pros:

Room suited my husband who has walking issues and unsteadiness.Bed linen was stai Ed on my husband's side when we first arrived, may not have even changed but was whe staff were told. Photos taken.

Cons:

Breakfast was very expensive if you just wanted a cuppa and a slice of toast

Cons:

We had an issue with breakfast, we were told by 2 staff members we had breakfast included to the receive a letter to say we didn’t. We received a complimentary breakfast but you should have honoured the breakfast included.

Great location for all things Queenstown!
Pros:

The property was a perfect location in town! We were able to walk to dinner each night and rarely needed our car! The rooms were clean and tidy, the laundry was a bonus and the staff were for the most part, wonderful. The free hot chocolate of an afternoon was a beautiful touch after a cold day!

Cons:

The rooms were very small for a family of 4. The shower in the bath I’m never a fan of and we often had to request to have our room made up or at least bring us some towels.

An amazing location and fantastic views.
Pros:

An absolutely amazing Hotel. Great room, location and restaurant. Very handy for wandering around Queenstown and views from the balcony were incredible. We enjoyed our time here.

Central location for a stay in Queenstown.
Pros:

Central location with bus stop out front of hotel for easy access to airport and around the area.
Lovely view from room over lake and mountains.
Room comfortable but furnishings and bathroom starting to get a bit dated.
Comfortable bed.
Buffet breakfast good.
Staff professional and helpful.

Cons:

Average simple room. The tvs aren’t smart tbs so you can’t connect to watch streaming platforms if wanting to pick movies. The balconies aren’t covered so in the rain you can’t use them
