Location and comfort with a view!
Pros:

The best location in Queenstown. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, bars and cruise and bus trips.

Accomodation was clean and views across the lake to the Remarkable's - but you will need to request this when booking. Worth paying a little more.

Great locality. The staff were amazing and stunning views from the lake side rooms.
Pros:

Loved the location, so close to everything. Staff were amazing, car valet service was impeccable. Beds were super comfy and the view was stunning.

Cons:

The bath/shower was a bit disappointing. Not much room and didn't like the shower curtain. Balconies need a cover for when the weather is wet.

Centralised location and great for first timers!
Pros:

The location. Minutes walk to Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown Mall, and Skyline too. Greeted by friendly counter staff and very helpful especially when we are first timers here visiting New Zealand. I must say that from the counter to the room service crew, everyone is friendly and never fail to greet you when they meet you. There is complimentary hot chocolate for the guests who needs to warm up from the cold weather served at the ground level. We have the convenience of the valet parking service which eases the convenience whenever we need to use the rental car. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor which provided us with unblocked view of Cecil Peak. It is like a dream come true to wake up to this view. We also realised that we can see the Deer Park Heights from our hotel room as well!Thank you to the crew at Crown Plaza Queenstown for the impeccable service to create such a memorable experience for us!

Pros:

The room was beautiful and bed really comfortable, with beautiful lake views, staff super friendly and so accommodating. I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here another time. Such a great location and very quiet in the night.

Pros:

Location is on the bus route, and across from Steamer wharf so very easy to get around. Room has a desk and also a chair with a footrest and was comfortable. In room coffee is a pod machine which was new for me, but easy to use.

Cons:

The room service is linked to a QR code and a website which didn't work for me.

Great location and fantastic hotel
Pros:

The hotels location and staff is the highlight of the trip. The staff is amazing and always energetic and smiling. The location is bang opposite to the town, activities , shopping , restaurants and everything queenstown can offer. The rooms are great and even good for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds. The complimentary hot chocolate always available in the lobby is an amazing touch in winters. No complaints about anything except Breakfast is very limited for vegetarians. A sandwich or avocado toast on request would be great for vegetarians during breakfast. We asked for it but did not get one.
