Enjoyed my 4 day stay. The views were amazing and it was so convenient to the centre of town.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great place would stay here again.
Pros:

Location to the centre of town was excellent. Great views from a he room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

We were on the 7th floor and the lift only went to the 6th floor so you had to walk up stairs to get to the 7th floor, not good carrying heavy cases.

Besides the Bathroom, it was nothing short of a perfect getaway.
Pros:

When it comes location and View... it was money definitely well spent 10/10 for me. you don't need to hire a car when staying at the Crown. you can walk everywhere and this is most Convenient. Especially walking over to the activities across the street.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room needs attention. It is old and tired. the Shower curtain is not working. when you have a shower the water is all over the floor if the curtain is outside. If the curtain is inside the tub then it sticks to your body making it unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Ripping off people and absolutely disgusting and I don’t recommend this place at all.
Pros:

Nothing at all, very old building and needing a lot of maintenance.

Cons:

So many things:
- the fan in bathroom we couldn’t not turn off so it was bloody noisy.
- outside noise ( people opening doors ) very disturbing.
- the bed was awful and uncomfortable soap we haven’t slept at all. The mattress and pillows are terrible, I really feel sick.
- the mountain view ( more like the building apartment across the street) .
- the TV, we are in 2026 for heaving sake so chrome cast is easy to install so people could use their own Netflix or whatever for entertainment.
- The coffee machine is not functioning at all. ( finally got to go after 15 minutes )
- sending email to rate my stay few hours after I checked in, rally?
- I am writing this at 5am and haven’t checked out yet.

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and soft. They had option for different pillows. Buffet breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Including a bench in the gym would be nice, I had to be adaptable to the equipment they had.

Amazing location
Pros:

Amazing location right in the town center, large rooms and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Slow and inoperable lifts, very basic rooms that need a bit of a refresh. Valet parking as only onsite parking is disappointing.
