Everything is up to expectation except for the week shower pressure

Location is wonderful, so close to everything. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Great brekky.

I really loved staying here. I had a great experience all around!

Comfortable bed.
Food was good: I had breakfast included in my stay. I also liked the other food in the restaurant/bar as well.

Cons:

rooms didn't have heating, they were so cold. on request heater was provided but would have preferred a centralised air conditioning. My kids were uncomfortably cold and couldn't sleep on time... I asked for compensation but no one offered that next day. they didn't care about customer experience.

Staff amazing, views and location fabulous, everything else disappointing!

The location and the views!!! The bed comfy. The pillow choices was a nice inclusion.

Cons:

Outdated facilities, everything was tired and old. The air conditioning was stuck on cold, and we were given a plug in room heater.
