The location, it was Infront of the tram and close to main bus routes
The hotel felt a little run down. The rooms need some updating
I paid twice for parking and didn't receive 100 dollar cleaning room deposit..
Buffet Breakfast was very good and had lots of food options too.
Enjoyed the pool and the spa and is in a great location.
Gym was an added bonus.

I was interacting with judith and gaby and they were so engaging! I love how open minded they are and I hope they shine with their beutiful cat and unicorn artistic ideas!

Spacious with friendly staff
Bit dated, spa/bath had no soap and or shampoo as they were all attached to the walls so u couldn't use them if u used the spa.
Location was great
Tap was broken in bathroom black mould on the shower curtain and mould in the bar fridge bar fridge barely kept anything cool

We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
Everting was good
Breakfast, staff and service was really good.
No toothbrush or paste in the bathroom, shower was a bit squeaky and the mixer fell off the wall.

The beds were not very comfortable. Saw rats at night around the pool area.
The staff was incredibly supportive. They gave us room upgrade and early check in at 11 am for no cost as we were travelling with our baby. Our check out was also extended until 12. They could have extended it further but due to some conference all rooms were booked out.
Toothbrush and paste wasn’t in the bathroom. Reception sent it later and advised that they only provide these if ordered.
