The Penthouses here are great. Older property but renovated tastefully and nice location.

Friendly welcome with easy check in.. We liked the TV with casting facilities.
As an IHG member I expected parking to be part of the room package and not be surcharged for this facility. No robes or slippers in bedroom and no facilities other than soap and shampoo in the bathroom
the room was clean ,fantastic view , comfy beds and an outstanding breakfast spread, staff were all welcoming and friendly. it was in a great location tram access across road . beach also walking distance .

We had such a wonderful stay and honestly enjoyed every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, friendly, and welcoming. The staff were incredible throughout our stay; so friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. We went there on my wife’s birthday with our two kids, and they went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake waiting in the room before we even checked in, and honestly, it was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had.
We spent the day playing tennis, relaxing, and just enjoying the atmosphere together as a family. Overall, it truly felt like a memorable, happy stay for all of us.

We had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise. The service at reception was excellent and we were able to check in early, which was much appreciated. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the team kindly gave us vouchers for two drinks, which was a lovely surprise.
Our kids loved the pool and spent plenty of time swimming despite the cooler weather. We also really enjoyed the spa. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size for our family for a short stay. The location is fantastic and close to the beach.
We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was great. The staff were very accommodating with our children.
The only minor downside was being able to hear a baby crying in a neighbouring room at times, but that’s not something the hotel can control and it didn’t impact our overall experience.
