Very old property
Room amenities are very old
They nearly cancelled by booking for no reason as they had over booked. The communication was shocking
Loved the professional attitude of the staff excellent very helpful and everyone smiled that i saw anyway happy
Cleanliness, the views from the room, friendly staff and good facilities!!
Nothing major but if I had to nitpick the spa wasn’t working but water temperature was great!
The pool and the beds
I put in a request for a welcome note to my young daughter to make her feel special and excited about the trip. This was not honoured. Also my “ocean view” room was more like a “city view with ocean glimpses” room. You couldn’t see the ocean unless you stood on the balcony and craned your neck. Not what I was expecting
