We booked one night for my wife birthday. They neglected to send birthday cake to our room after I got confirmation on check in time.
Location was great! Tram was right outside the hotel.. everything is closeby.. beache is literally 5 mins walk away...

I had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Gold Coast. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly presented, and the bedding was excellent, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel offered good value for money and the overall experience was very pleasant.
I initially had some concerns regarding the parking fees, however the Reservations Manager took the time to assist me and promptly resolved the issue. As it turned out, the misunderstanding was on my side, and I appreciated the professional and courteous way it was handled.
Overall, I found the staff friendly, the facilities excellent, and the stay thoroughly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
Pretty much you had to take your own luggage to the room, but that was okay. They had trolleys and you could get to the park the car park in the basement so it was okay.

We had the most incredible stay. Had 2 kookaburras on our 8th floor balcony the entire night! That was truly remarkable!
