It was good overall. Just a little hiccup with some toiletries since we book for 4 people, yet we only had the toiletries provided for 2 people. However, the sparkling water dispenser was the best.

The room was clean and well appointed. It has everything we needed and was very quiet. The black out curtains worked for a change and made it very easy to get a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient for a stop over. The breakfast buffet was very good and all of the staff were friendly and approachable.

The hotel is worn and needs refurbishing. Access
To gym and pool is pretty bad. However pool is nice once you go in and out and in to access. Very much an airline employee stopover. No good walk about area. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Loud with airplane noise due to location and lack of soundproofing.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they put us in a room with 2 single beds.. Especially after the reception man said we had a king bed so that wasn’t a good start to our Anniversary..

Lovely, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

A excellent motel for airport travellers. We’ve stayed here a few times now prior to flying out. The recently refurbished foyer and restaurant look lovely. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, with secured parking and access to airport transfers and a short walk to Mascot train station and an easy 5-8 min drive to the terminal. There are shops and restaurants in Mascot, however the airport train line takes you straight into the city circle. Great place to stay and somewhere we’ll definitely stay again.

Pros:

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds as a stopover before an international flight. Transfer to and from the airport were on time and good value. Room service in the afternoon arrived quickly and we had dinner in the Biggles Bar & Bistro, which had great food. Room was neat and clean, the check-in and out were great, and there was very little noise. A great option for an airport hotel.
