Location was great and staff were warm and friendly

Cons:

We were charged for a movie we never ordered. TV Software was out dated.
Carpet was not clean.
Breakfast was ok, not as good as it used to be.
Bed mattress had me rolling to the side of the bed.

Hier übernachte ich jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, alles zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut , das Valet Parking hat sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Ich konnte schon um 13.00h ins Zimmer da es schon parat war.

Cons:

Am zweiten Abend hat im Zimmer nebenan (Präsidentensuite) ein Anlass stattgefunden, man hat jedes Wort durch die Wände gehört, zum Glück war dieser Anlass um 22.30h zu Ende. Eine Info wäre schon gut gewesen da es die Club Etage war. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war relativ schwach.

Pros:

The pool, spa and sauna were perfect temperatures! I really enjoyed my stay and everyone was lovely

Cons:

This is personal preference, however because i was a solo traveller, i would have like to stay at a higher level, that way it felt like a real staycation.

Pros:

Loved the Club lounge, new bar area, food was nice too and the service was great.

Cons:

Wanted to have a swim and a soak in the hot tub but the pool and hot tub were full of kids with inflatables making it impossible to use either. Should have seperate children and adult times as the pool was the main reason for our choosing the Intercontinental.
