The location and view from balcony, easy access to beach and other necessary essentials made the trip more enjoyable
Pros:

Yea it was awesome, best location and good value for money, will definitely book again for next Gold Coast visit.

Cons:

Some small issues, like hot and cold water setting in bathroom. Refilling of tea/sugar, but otherwise all good.

The location was absolutely awesome. Overall it was okay.

Cons:

Room Facilities were quite not impressive. Limited cutlery, just two coffee sachets (no tea bags, sugar etc). We asked for a king bed, they joined two beds. Was not comfortable while sleeping.

The location was great, but the property itself was very poorly maintained and not clean
Pros:

The location was amazing, very close the beach and shops.
The pool was also good.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. We found old wipes under the bed, the curtain tracks looked like they had never been vacuumed, and the bathroom sink and towels were also dirty.
The room smelled strongly of mould.
We would not stay here again.

The rooms need a much needed makeover the carpet dirty stains,noisy & just very average a backpackers hostel would have been an upgrade. First room next to a screaming Baby even though I put notes in booking a quiet room please. 2nd room not much better. Checked out & got refunded which was a blessing so thanks 🙏

More like a 4 star motel, not hotel.
Pros:

Great location along the river. Very close to all the major activities, shopping, and restaurants in the area. Decent pool. Breakfast buffet was alright considering it was included in the price. Pre booked parking is worth it, even considering the extra fee.

Cons:

Room quite dirty. Dirty towels left, earrings under bed, cigarette butts on the balcony (even though it’s a no smoking hotel) and water dripping all over bed on arrival as balcony door has been left wide open with aircon on inside (which is right above bed). They offer ‘green’ housekeeping during your stay, but it appears they don’t do a proper clean between guests. QR codes for room service don’t work at all and aren’t in use. Difficult to know what’s on offer as no physical menu. Food options from the hotel very slim and opening hours aren’t very expansive. See photos attached for issues with the room. Free to air TV only in rooms and the free wifi is shocking. Make sure you’re with a good service provider as I had no service with Vodafone in the room, and nothing would load with the wifi.
