Friendly helpful staff
Conveniently positioned for Kakadu activities.
The rooms are looking a bit tired and it’s time for renovation. Stained shelves, Formica peeling.
Rooms were well set out. Bed comfortable - enjoyed having the air con with a humidifier
Lots of shade and lounges around the pool great to relax around the pool after a day of croc spotting and walking and rock art
Needed more options for evening meal. - didn’t want to eat a set priced buffet- too much money unless you feel like a large meal.
Loved the restaurant menu but too limited and no vegetarian options which was very surprising- I wanted more choices. But the food was delicious
Room location was good
Toilet wouldn’t flush properly no hot water on 2 days had to push staff to service our room couldn’t contact reception on 4 occasions staff were not well trained and not welcoming
Pool , restaurant
A little tired , built in the 70s
The hotel had a good vibe and was a convenient place to stay.
Big rooms, lovely garden & pool.
Enjoyed the art gallery and food was very good.
It is a bit old here & there
Cleanliness inside and out. Friendly staff
Spacious room, comfy bed. Good aircon.
Hotel is a little 'tired' and the breakfast was much more limited than at Cooinda Lodge.
Large comfortable clean rooms
Maintenance staff starting far too early in the morning.
F&B options limited
The pool was lovely, room was fairly comfortable for one night with four adults.
Booked for four adults, only provided two coffee cups and two pool towels, at over $500 a night expect things to be well considered and not have to go down to reception to ask for things. The restaurant is incredibly over priced and we made a booking in advance but had to wait for our table to be prepared, food is average, make plans to bring your own if possible because the food available on a Sunday is mostly $40 per meal plus a 15% Sunday surcharge !!!!
The room was very comfortable, spacious and the location is exceptional. The food was good.
The bathroom really needs a renovation, it was clean but very aged in design and wear. The fittings had calcium build up and so did the bathtub. The restaurant service was not that great. Given the buffet cost $60.- I would have expected better table service. The water wasn't refilled or a jug brought to the table and the plates weren't cleared away regularly during the dinner. All which are reasonable expectations for the price of the room and meal. The ice cream wasn't included in the buffet. I felt that was stinchy given the $60.- price tag.
