Disappointing, dishonest staff and tired appearance of hotel
Pros:

It’s availability

Cons:

I left a pair of expensive bikinis in my room, and of course housekeeping didn’t find them. My fault for leaving them but a bit of honesty would be appreciated. Also very overpriced and needs a good pressure cleaner inside and out.

Pros:

The kids loved the welcome gifts and the crocodile shape of the hotel. The pool was excellent after a long hot day walking. The location is great, access to Kakadu was perfect.

Cons:

A few more kids food options would have been good for dinner.

Pros:

Perfect location to access all the local attractions.
The restaurant was fantastic and the staff even better.

Cons:

The room was great ,so spacious but the bathroom was a little dated. A simple freshen up and remove the step in shower over bath, make it a walk in shower for people that are not so young and agile.

Probably good for just 1-2 nights stay.
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and there are washer and dryer in the hotel. Supermarket is 5mins walk away (but it closes at 1pm on Saturday and whole day on Sunday). The crocodile plushies are cute.

Cons:

The hotel is dated, things in the room looked worn and the window is dusty. While there are 2 washer and 2 dryers in the laundry room, only 1 washer and 1 dryer is working. TV wasn’t connected to internet, wifi in the facility was so slow that it is impossible to use. Once we returned to the room in the afternoon and there was no water supply from the tap (include toilet flush and shower) in the room till 4pm. The birds get noisy once the sky turns dark and they remain so till late in the night. The pool is deep and may not be suitable for young children. For the amount paid, we expected more from the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed.

Underwhelming for the price.
Pros:

Easy access to a few Kakadu sites. Restaurant staff and food were good. A few good options between buffet or menu. Suggest asking for bar menu as it’s cheaper food and has good options

Cons:

The beds were shocking especially considering the room rates. Have to drag own bags up 20 stairs and then walk them a fair distance to room. Also the pool area and hotel facilities are very run down.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The room we were allocated was on the ground floor and faced the pool, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. It wasn’t busy.
Room had two double beds which were quite comfortable. The bathroom was dated but adequate we were given a room with a disabled shower (didn’t ask for it) but we’re happy to not have to step into a bathtub to shower.
The room had a fridge and two coffee cups. Coffee maker didn’t work.
We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel both nights we stayed. The à la carte meals were better than the buffet food - in warming trays but just lukewarm.
Staff were friendly and polite.
There’s a large and extensive display of local Aboriginal artwork in the foyer. Some beautiful works on display.

Cons:

A bit pricey but very limited choice in Jabiru and Kakadu.
