Holiday Inn & Suites Port Moresby by IHG

The room was clean and reasonably good, food is excellent in the restaurant and also room service. Beer is cold. Staff are very nice.
Only let down was the towels on first night felt like plastic, second night the towels were fine.

My room was upgraded to apartment. I appreciate it as I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone. Work n pleasure.

It was a lovely experience. Starting from the butlers to the front office staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Requested for early check in since I’ll be flying in to Pom before lunch. The Duty Manager advised the front office staff to give any available room similar to my reservations. The room was amazing and comfortable. A lovely view of the gardens and pool. The food was outstanding and delicious. I will definitely recommend the restaurant. All in all, a lovely experience and I look forward to coming back soon.

Poor internet, poor set top box channels, food smell from neighboring rooms enter into the room via air conditioner ducts.

I was greeted outside the restaurant with a friendly staff who handed me a flyer about the lunch Menu that was going for K30, I thought it was cheap so I decided to try it out and man I tell you!, it was delicious, the staff were friendly and even the food arrived quickly than expected.

Enjoyed our stay at the premium garden balcony room. Friendly staff and service with a smile. I recommend the Holiday Inn for your next stay. Whether it be business or leisure.

I had a great experience away from noise at home. 2 days here gave a great moment of refreshing. The room service and food are very good. If I have to choose another place to stay, holiday Inn would be my place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable for a couple or small family of 3 to 4. The buffet is affordable and staff are friendly. Had a wonderful stay. Tip: you save a bit more with a IHG membership account as compared to booking on booking.com or elsewhere. On top of that it gets you points for discounts and other stuff in the future

It was one of the best experience my family and I had over night our stay there, upon check-in Mr Gima Gini with his cheerful voice and his warm welcome at the reception made me felt more at home, and all employees there was so open, kind and generous towards us.

Stayed in the hotel using points as we hosted my sister's 21st birthday in the Kumul room.

Our family enjoyed their stay. Our event in the Kumul room also went well and the buffet served was great.

It was the best. Comfortable bed and breakfast was good, reception staff Jeanice was really helpful and had a late check out to top off the experience.

The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere when you check in. Great service. Location is ideally located for business or pleasure. Value for money. Rooms are well cleaned with minimal noise levels from the outside. Most amenities are provided by the hotel.

Generally enjoyed the stay. House keeping was fantastic and friendly. However, microwave wasn't working, some cupboards in the kitchen were loose. Parking was a real challenge. Most times we had to look for a parking spot and caused a lot of inconvenience. The security guards at the suites gate were not friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was safe and felt homey eventhough it's right in the centre of the city. Would not hesitate to come back around another time.

I have stayed in all hotels in Port Moresby including Hilton and Stanley. Holiday Inn apartments has been the best l have had to stay. I am definitely coming back there. Its a massive 10 points for me.

The perfect place to rest and recover after a long trip. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. The shower stall was huge and there was great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Such a nice treat after two days of flying. Strong, consistent air conditioning and blackout curtains made the room a little oasis of peace. The staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly people. Thank you for such a wonderful, restful stay!
