We never had a chance to stay. We received a call at 10:57p.m. Notifying me that they only had a king room available but could bring in a roll away bed. We were walking to the hotel to check in. I said that wouldn’t work. I was then told the AC wasn’t working in the double queen room. I said that wouldn’t work. They called me back 3 minutes later saying that they couldn’t do anything else and would have to cancel. I believe they waited to notify the last person to check in of the issue.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
Location was exceptional.
Staff could not have been better.
Great value.
Room needed a good dusting.
Right on the River- beautiful location close to many stores
Hard to navigate within the hotel
The Free happy hour provided by the hotel wss fantastic! The wine was very good and the snacks were exceptional.. We had a riverfront room and watching the cargo ships go by was a sight to see. The location was very good for walking to the sights on the river and in the squares.
Loved that we were able to walk right outside the hotel to shop. There were plenty of restaurants.Everyone was polite and friendly.
Layout of hotel kind of tricky and need room key for elevator. Also not crazy about carpet in rooms, not clean.
Great view of the July 4 festivities!
The location, unique rooms, and historic atmosphere
I loved everything about the accommodations!
The History, the design
Far from a generic hotel experience, River Street Inn is a charming, historic hotel with unique decor every where. It’s situated between Factors Walk and River Street, with rooms facing both sides. The staff is friendly and helpful, the morning coffee is quite good. I wouldn’t have chosen to be here at the hottest time of year, but the A/C works well. There’s valet parking, or the Bryan Street garage across the street for half the price. It also offers EV charging. The only disappointment was the Broken Keel Restaurant. I wanted to have breakfast on the veranda overlooking the river, but that’s delivery truck time and the noise and exhaust drove me back to my room. Otherwise, an excellent stay
This place was a nice surprise. We weren't sure what to expect. We will be back! The river front with the cobble streets, shops, and restaurants was wonderful!
Central location, close to a lot of things to do. Very clean.
Parking. Valet is pricey. It should be included in the stay.
The 4:00 - 5:30 reception is nice.
Toilets are too short. They were extremely uncomfortable to squat and stand up from considering elderly people with arthritic knees.
Absolutely beautiful! Located in the middle of everything! Love how you can leave the hotel from the first floor to the river section and the fourth floor directly into the historic district. The rooms are distinct and We had a midweek rate that was so much value for our money! Don’t miss managers happy hour! We love you Randy and Brad!
We book the hotel for a quick visit before heading to a cruise in FL and our stay was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Will provided the best bar environment at the managers reception!
Room is typical. Good room service, cleaning and upkeep. Front is female staff were rude. My departure date was marjed a day earlier by mistake and I was charge $50 vallet parking upon arrival. The hotel does NOT have parking for its guests and charge $50 daily for vallet to park your car otherwise you have to use City of Savannah garage parking at a $25 daily rate. They try to appease you with infused water and coffee station. We travel to many vacation destinations with RCI and this hotel was disappointing.
