Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff are awesome

Cons:

My room was directly in front of the elevator and it made it difficult for my son and I to sleep with the constant elevator beeping and people getting in and out.

Once the repairs are made, it is an ok place to stay. Not up to the standards of other Hyatt Hotels
Pros:

The manager and staff were very nice and accommodating. The extra food amenities were very good! After evening hours, a staff member offered me a rather large warmed up chicken salad that was very tasty since I had a long day and had no dinner.

Cons:

The front doors were being replaced over a 24 hour period. The elevator needed serviced and it had a mind of its own stopping at floors that were not in sinc. You push down and it went up. The other elevator was broken and closed. Dead bugs everywhere on the floor.

Pros:

Clean and big rooms. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Cons:

Beds were just OK. Comfortable bad on the hard side and only 3 pillows per bed. Breakfast was good, but no variety. We stayed 2 nights and it was the exact same breakfast both mornings.

My experience at the Hyatt Rancho Cordova was clean, staff professional and receptive to my needs. My room was clean and neat. I love it. And, they still have microwave in the rooms not like some other places. I felt very good and plan to come again and again. Yvette B.

Traveled with group of tennis women
Pros:

USTA tennis sectionals weekend with my combo team. Rooms are spacious and great for visiting team mates and hanging out together. Great location. Complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. During our stay one of the two elevators was non operational and the other was glitchy. The stair case was convenient back up since only 6 stories. It looked like they were in the middle of making repairs. Staff was friendly and attentive.

It was a great stay.
Pros:

Room was super nice and roomy. Comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, and also bathtub if you choose to take a bath rather than just a shower. Also, staff was super friendly and helpful.
