This is always my go to hotel for a staycation. I love the peace a quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning is free and it served hot . So my kids were happy about that. My room was clean beds were comfortable even the pull out bed in the sofa was kinda comfy. I'll be back soon.
That I had my kids with me and couldn't enjoy it all alone. Also they don't have a full kitchen for room service. But that's ok I door dashed and made it work.
The staff was wonderful. Always friendly and very accomidating.
the only thing that bothered us was the road noise at night. Maybe better insulated windows. Maybe the breakfast could be served until 11am. We are not early risers.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. We wanted a room with 2 double beds specifically because we were traveling with children. Even though Booking.com showed the room was available at check-in, the staff was dismissive and refused to honor it.
We were forced into a King room with a sofa bed that was incredibly uncomfortable. Having kids sleep on an inadequate surface after a long day of travel is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the hotel is still holding my $50 security deposit. I was told it would be refunded in 3–5 business days, but it has been over 6 days. I am demanding an immediate full refund of my $50 and a refund for the room discrepancy. I have already contacted Booking.com to report this property for inaccurate listings and withholding funds. Management needs to resolve this immediately.
