Staff was phenomenal
Air conditioning did not get lower than 72 degrees. Room was very muggy and uncomfortable which effects sleep. 4th floor smells noxious and creates a feeling of nausea.
Should changes sheets and towels more often
We love this place!
We have stayed here many times and it is always our first choice while in the Lakeland area (at least 8-10 times each year).
Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean stylish accommodations.
This was a rough stay because we were in the middle of 3 rooms of VERY loud, noisy, and disrespectful young people and their parents/guardians. The slamming doors, yelling in the hallways, and just complete disregard for others kept us up most of the night. At 1:30 AM, I just gave up and stayed up until they FINALLY went to bed somewhere around 4:00 AM. We had to be up by 6:00 to eat, prepare for a full day of softball, and checkout. While I completely understand that guest behavior cannot be blamed on the hotel or its employees, I'm not sure we want to risk experiencing another stay like this. The sleepless night ruined our weekend and I think we may go the Airbnb route next time.
Good breakfast. Located next to conference center. $10 parking fee for outside parking. Large room with couch, microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator.
Great location in the heart of the city. plenty of local restaurants' and easy to get around. For business travel, it is a convenient location when traveling between Tampa and Orlando.

Being charged for parking ( That should have been included with the room) This is the first one I have been charged daily for parking. I have stayed in Hyatts in many states and this was the first time to be charged
The breakfast I was so impressed by!!!! The room was very spacious, so clean, and it was quiet during my time at this hotel. I will definitely be back! Keep doing what you are doing!!!
