The staff is really nice.

We had a room right in front of the elevator and OMG! People are so unconsiderate (not the hotels fault) what is a hotel problem is the fact that the door does not have a good seal, like the gap between the door and the floor, and the edges is ridiculously big, so its like we are sleeping with the door open. It was hard for the kids to feel safe to fall asleep, every time they asked if someone was gonna walk in the room... we only needed the room for one right so I just sucked it up. We chose this hotel because we have stayed at other Hyatt Place locations at was always wonderful.

Surprising experience considering it’s a Hyatt property.

Nearby desired areas.

Cons:

The water was murky. We were told they had just recently changed something about the water softener system. The front desk person offered no apologies or concessions. The next morning there was no hot water. I overheard Another hotel guest express disgruntled sentiments.

Decent hotel for traveling in or out of area

Close proximity to highway, airport

Cons:

Elevator barely worked, took the stairs because we thought it was going to stop working while inside. The parking was not great. Construction trailers taking up parking spaces. Parking isn’t free which I can understand if you were in a major city or a downtown with limited space. Our hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Stayed for a dance competition
Pros:
