Parking was unavailable too crowded
The price was insanely low for the quality, we were incredibly surprised with how exceptionally good the breakfast was.
The AC was inconsistent, it would shift from too cold to too hot.
Everything was perfect.This is our "go to" place when visiting Lakeland. We are there at least 10 times every year and The Hyatt Place is always our first choice. Fantastic property, staff, rooms, breakfast, and bar food. The only thing that occasionally keeps us from staying here is price. But, with our genius level 3 booking.com discount that is rarely a problem.
Beyond clean, staff was amazing, and it was so comfortable! Definitely would stay there again!

I liked the breakfast but there should have been more than sausage as a meat
I did not like that the price advertised was not the price I was given or had to pay. Also, I should not have to pay for parking in a hotel that im renting.
