Very spacious. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast
Couldn’t control the temperature of the room. I was freezing and the blanket/comforter was very thin leaving me very cold all night which led to very poor sleep. Also, the pet fee was way too high for just one night. I’ve been traveling around the country for about a year and haven’t encountered such a high fee. It was nearly the cost of the room. For my 30 lb quiet, well behaved, house trained dog, it was just hard to justify or understand.
All was good
The place is clean. The bedding is comfortable. The rooms are very spacious.
Breakfast is very mediocre, especially the eggs. The shower is claustrophobic. My bathroom fan did not work. Check-in took a frustrating amount of time after my 12 hour drive because there was only one person working the desk who was pricing out what seemed like every room type, fee, tax, etc for someone on the phone. I was ignored until the at-least 10 minute call ended. The price is high for what you get like many hotels in the US. Even the in-room water bottles are $8 a piece. What does this place think it is... Vegas?
Spacious rooms.
Lack of cleanliness and outdated and dirty carpet. The food that was offered for breakfast La led quality.
The full size towels for the pool area and in the rooms!!! The room was comfortable. The swivel tv was nice feature for the size of the room.
The door and toilet were very close making the area tiny and hard to get in comfortably.

I liked how clean everything was. The decor and style of the hotel was nice. I love the way the rooms are set up.
I didn’t like the pillows and the mattress was too firm. Also eight dollars for a bottle of water? So ridiculous. You get free coffee in the lobby and in the room, but you have to pay eight dollars for a bottled water? That was the silliest thing I’ve ever seen.
Housekeepers and print desk staff are amazing. Breakfast is delicious.
No hot tub
The room was exactly as pictured online. Loved the large couch and how the sitting area was separated from the sleeping area. Breakfast had lots of options and changed every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And personally, I loved the little Coffee Shop right across the street!
