Cons:

Wish there are staff to check on the pool, the towels were out , no one refilled. And the hallways ac are so so str9!g, it was so cold when we got out of the pool area.🥶

I drove 4 hours more to stay there instead of staying where I was. I wanted to stay where I was because I had already driven 8 hours from Colorado, but my daughter recommended staying in a bigger city since I was traveling alone. I took her advice and made a reservation. Even though I was tired, I kept going, thinking I could relax when I got there. I got there at 1:40 AM and met a lady who said sorry, but there was no room available for me. My bladder was full, and all my energy was drained, but I had to walk out. I had to drive another hour to get to the Rest Area, and went to the bathroom and slept there. Someone needs to explain this, but no one contacted me to do so. I am so pissed.

Party outside so we had difficulty sleeping. We thought the staff would break it up.

Uncomfortable, room was dirty with stains all over carpet like maybe dogs shit and pissed in room. Notified desk and they didn’t care. Absolutely disgusting
