Breakfast was great!
elevator was shakey and took a long time granted the other elevator was broken, and the toilet in our room was not working properly it's really hard when you have kids and the toilet doesn't work. I don't know if this is a new thing but we got charged an early check-in fee

That i hate to leave so early
Room was not clean, everything except for the beds needs to be refurbished. Blood was on the blackout curtains by the window. Placement of alarm was directly in line of sight with bed and it flashed all night erratically. The coffee maker was broken and released steam that scalded me. I watched staff in the breakfast area try to mop up a spill with their feet. Very bad experience, and overpriced.
Shower drainage was clogged, also I got 4 times transaction text and emails from my credit card which are pending at the moment but I am not sure why I was transacted 4 times
The location
This review is in relation to the surprisingly high price we had to pay. It wasn't clean like hotel standard even, there were crumbs on the floor and the table, im guessing from the previous guests, an insect on the bed and the floor was not the cleanest. The water bottle offered in the room for $5 was already used before we could open it too with 1/4 of it already gone. I was disappointed as this was the most expensive hotel we booked for the trip.
