Very good Hyatt. Nice staff, Better than average breakfast options
Pros:

Everything has been fine. The location is pretty cool. It is at the top of the world. Everywhere you look you’re looking down on a desert valley so it was a very awesome location. They do have a little patches of grass for dogs. Otherwise, everybody just has rocks and sands here because it’s the desert. The rooms are a little outdated and the carpet isn’t clean, but the front desk people were very nice. They even left me a little welcome gift in my room. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, apples, donut holes, all the extra things that I really love and all the Hyatt’s don’t have them. Nothing ever ran out. The Styrofoam bowls were ridiculous though. They were so small and they are not stable either. I filled one up with some cantaloupe and a little yogurt on top and as soon as I set it down in the refrigerator, it went all the way upside down and the whole thing spilled out because it was top heavy. The bathroom sink drains slow slowly. Whoever cleans the room should’ve noticed that. Otherwise, GREAT JOB! I would definitely come back here.

Nice stay
Pros:

Nice hotel wouldn't of never knew it was near a airport. Checked in late but staff was very nice to us during the check in process

Adequate but insufficient, mediocre
Pros:

Front desk staff Megan was exceedingly exceptional as she was very accommodating to change my room as my first room was really dark and depressing. We almost always use Hyatt Place but this was a disappointing experience until they changed my room, staff is very very professional and care to customer. We had just arrived from Hyatt Place in Santa Fe 6 nights. The difference is OMG. The Santa Fe location is exceptional staff is very awesome your staff from ABQ needs to see the staff from Santa Fe, breakfast experience is day and night. Love the shuttle service amazing top notch. Breakfast experience needs a desperate makeover.

Cons:

Breakfast experience needs a total makeover. Dishes looked sloppily washed. Fruit selection was only 2 bananas and melon fruit looked two days or three old. Coffee ran out and there were no serving spoon for fruit had to use egg spoon. Attendant was on cell phone or not seen, constant cleaning is necessary, windows need to be cleaned for a nice view outside with curtains open, cushion seats were not cleaned left with previous food debris, dining room looks sad not appealing, microwave is behind the bar not appropriate probably will not return to this location Santa Fe location is a star location, ample parking lots of lights, a lot of windows breakfast staff makes you feel important.
