Pros:

The room was uniquely designed the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little bit dirty.. I didn’t like how the TV wasn’t placed properly so you had to turn it, but you still couldn’t see it from the bed.

Staff was slow, unhelpful and rude (other than Kalid. He was fantastic and brightened up my day)

This Hyatt needs a major cleaning and upgrade. Carpet was dirty, and room had an.odot and I couldn't get a change of room.

Cons:

Only one elevator worked of the two. Long wait times Although booked on line we were assigned the wrong room. Fortunately the staff found the right room. We had to use the stairs or wait too long

It didn't feel like a Hyatt. More like a lower grade hotel.

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our room on the top floor was very noisy. Caused by either the roof top mechanical or the elevator right across the hall. We asked to be moved. Moved to another floor. Leftover food in the refrigerator. 2 Black hairs left in the bathtub. Carpet in both rooms felt dirty and were worn. Second room much dirtier than first. One of two elevators was broken down for our entire overnight stay. Elevator was slow and very noisy as it moved floors. Workers there when we left working on the elevator that was down.

Cons:

The elevator was broken we were on the 5th floor, the AC wouldn't go lower than 66* , the room had hair all over and dirty towels in the closet, the breakfast was a joke the staff said they wouldn't bring out more hot food and it was only 8am " you should have gotten here earlier" they said, the ice machine did not work . All in all it was really disappointing

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Pleasant experience. For the first time as a Globalist, I was welcomed with a personalized greeting card and a chocolate. It's not a lot but it made a huge difference for me to write this review. Especially for a Hyatt Place.
