I liked that they provided complimentary breakfast and the location seemed nice.
I didn’t like that they had an elevator that was out and were also hosting a lot of people for some type of event which made it nearly impossible to get inside an elevator comfortably.
The room was nice, but not as displayed.
The other elevator was broken and riding the elevator. It was not broken, was like a gamble for your life. Every time the elevator would shake as if it was gonna either fall or breakdown.

The lobby definitely looked nice
The room was not all that nice at all ! I had booked a regular king bed room and was given a sketchy handicap room and just didn’t look like the pictures and just genuinely felt dirty the atmosphere was pretty dirty and not well kept there was stains on everything we live in this state and booked the room originally to take out baby swimming just decided to leave and go home immediately the next morning
The rooms were really spacious and really clean the bed was really comfortable
The water pressure was poor and they didn’t have towels in the pool area I ask the man that told us that the pool was closing soon. I asked him for more towels. He never came back a lady that was there with her kids went inside the front desk and brought some towels
La atención del personal,
El elevador sonaba y se jaloneaba feo, no había precios a la vista, el cobro de un depósito que elevaba al doble el precio de la habitación,.espero y si lo devuelvan, el papel.de baño no eran nuevos estaba puesto del que habían dejado y otro nuevo en su paquete, sobre cama manchada, costo elevado en el agua purificada en la habitación y la tomamos sin antes ver que tenían costo
Property was OK. Hotel is a little dated. It was clean though and comfortable.
We experienced horrible customer service. When we checked in the front desk, the girl was not in a good mood. We asked for extra pillows. I opened the door and she basically just almost threw them at me and walked away. When I checked out, I went to go leave my key on the counter, and the girl was on her cell phone totally ignored me while I walked away. The customer service at this hotel is probably the worst that I’ve experienced at any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. Please do better.
Good location
Breakfast was fantastic. Check in clerks were friendly! Room was clean and large. Out of the 3 hotel chains we stayed at on this trip, this was the highest rated. Thanks!
Dog area needed bags :-(
Consistently nice and professional. Having a clean, place with nice staff allows us to arrive at the ABQ Hyatt and catch our plane the next day with no issues.
