Great stay overall! Friendly staff, breakfast with plenty of options, and clean, quiet rooms.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly at check-in, making us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was that there were not enough towels provided in the room. Additionally, only one elevator was operational during our visit, which occasionally resulted in longer wait times. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience.

Convenient enough!
Pros:

I liked the proximity to the airport.And the fact that there had a shuttle that picked us up at the car rental and took us to the airport the next day. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The sofa in the room and some of the chairs in the common areas were obviously soiled and stained. The hotel needs a refurbishing of their furniture.Because it really grossed me out to see those stains.The carpet also needs updating and cleaning.

Wrong rooms!! Definitely not a value for money!
Pros:

Breakfast was at 6am. No options for early travelers. Location was perfect for early travelers.

Cons:

We booked for 2 beds queen sized rooms and we were given just 1 bed queen sized room. My sister was given a room that was occupied and when she opened the room there was a couple on the bed having s*x!!!

Boa opção de estadia, me hospedaria novamente numa próxima vinda a Albuquerque.
Pros:

Quarto amplo e confortável, arrumação e limpeza atenderam plenamente, café da manhã bom (para os padrões americanos).

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El sofacama tenía las sábanas manchadas abajo del sofacama estaba sucio , y la alfombra estaba manchada lo cual daba un aspecto de sucio. La alberca estaba cerrada y al reservar no hicieron mención de esto .

I stayed here for how it used to be but wouldn’t again for how it was.
Pros:

Bed was comfy and clean

Cons:

Carpet felt dirty, couch had stains, felt outdated. The way the check in was, I didn’t know if I was going to get a room, they seemed overbooked. There were guests complaining about getting an occupied room. And they charged me incorrectly and I’m having to fight for my money back.

Hotel needs a makeover asap
Pros:

The staff was amazing. They were attentive and provided us with transportation to and from airport.

Cons:

The room carpet was filthy. The elevators were broken. Carpet tacking nails were sticking out on the bathroom transition.
