Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel shows clear signs of age, with an outdated interior that could definitely use some renovation. The room also felt quite humid and had an unpleasant, musty smell. Cleanliness could have been better as well, with noticeably poorly cleaned areas such as the shower glass.

Breakfast was disappointing in both quality and presentation, and serving the food on disposable plates made the experience feel even cheaper.

Don't plan to return. Expected more from Hyatt Hotel. Polyester.

No restaurant there to eat dinner. Room lay-out prevented watching TV in bed.

Spacious room, clean, airport shuttle provided
Pros:

Overall hotel facility and room clean. Room spacious with 2 queen beds, sofa bed in living space, desk, two sinks. AC worked well. One elevator was down and the only working elevator was a little slow. Airport shuttle provided but you need to call upon arrival or book in advance for ride to airport. Quick 5min ride to airport.

Nice Place
Pros:

The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds. The staff at check in and check out were professional, polite and courteous. The breakfast was like most hotels, cereal, hot items, toast and drinks, the coffee ☕️ needed to be refreshed as it was not as hot as I like it and the pot was near empty.

Cons:

The coffee pot was very low, filled my cup half way and was on tge warm side.I saw the young lady refill the pot, it was alot better, fresh and hot. (Thank You)
The other down side was one of the two elevators was out of service, it took time to get back to the room.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It was relaxing, quiet, and comfortable, with plenty of space and privacy in our ro

I really liked how the hotel area was secluded and separate from the city traffic, which made it feel peaceful, quiet, and relaxing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, only one elevator was functioning. We were informed upon arrival, but it was still frustrating to have to wait, especially after a long day.
