Breakfast was fantastic. Check in clerks were friendly! Room was clean and large. Out of the 3 hotel chains we stayed at on this trip, this was the highest rated. Thanks!

Grateful for kindness and cleanliness.
Pros:

Consistently nice and professional. Having a clean, place with nice staff allows us to arrive at the ABQ Hyatt and catch our plane the next day with no issues.

The size of the room was awesome. The amount of mirrors and lighting was perfect.

I didn’t like the elevator. Needs upgrades.

Great service
Pros:

Great experience, but especially want to call our shuttle driver Khalil who went out of his way on two separate occasions to really help us out. Very appreciative and grateful for his help.

My boys want to stay there more often so we need to get some kind of reward offer
Pros:

I love the property. I love the room that employees treated us like we were royalty very friendly to everyone that came in.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like in the property was behind the TV we found a roach. My son killed it and we flushed it down.

It might be better to earn Hyatt points at the nearby airport Sheridan.
Pros:

Make sure to request a proper room, each stay has been getting worse. I stay almost monthly and the rooms are worse every visit. Was great then the room conditions make the stay mediocre. It was a step above the Hilton and now is inching its way down towards a Marriott. The airport Sheridan might be a better fit for price/quality.
