Nice but disappointing with lack of transparency and communication through app and hotel.

Cons:

The booking app did not specify cost of bringing animals. When I learned of the charges I tried to cancel and was told by booking to ask hotel and the hotel told me I needed to ask booking. If there are additional fees this should be specified up front and not snuck into fine print. I was basically stuck with the room at double the cost I was told without a way to cancel. It’s a money grab and not transparent at all. Will not use booking again.

Our room was next to the elevator and hearing it go up and down all night.... so I didn't get much sleep
