Buena Hotel
Pros:

Pros:

The room was very clean, the a.c. in the room was cold, and the housekeeper was very quick and helpful with my request. The pillows were terrible; they were in great condition, but all of them were flat, like a blanket. Thank goodness I brought a firm travel pillow. Breakfast was the typical hotel spread.

The highlight of my stay, though, was the front desk employee, Malcolm. He was so helpful and kind, helping me in every way possible, and with a customer service attitude that I'd thought died out with the dinosaurs. Malcolm is definitely asset to the company, and I want to thank him again for my pleasant stay.
