El desayuno, baño limpio y la relación costo/casi esperado.

Cons:

Cobijas y toallas muy desgastadas, la habitación no tenía listo el sofacama para la segunda pareja y tocó bajar a pedir sábanas, toallas y cobijas.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

It took unnecessary price (1250$) for 2 nights which i booked in December 2025 to stay in June 2026. During my stay i could book it for 500$.

Good for the value needs some work.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The pool was small but great for kids. Breakfast was good but no variety in hot options.

Cons:

The echo of the pool. The elevator was unpleasant. The staff did not explain check in or out or how to call on the phone .

Pros:

It was a good location. Staff very nice and helpful. Liked room with sofa and bed. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

The curtains did not cover whole window so lights from outside shined in all night. Also, several of the lights did not work.

It's the people who are in charge that are amazing
Pros:

As I have reviewed the property before and loved it for the easy access to all areas as well as excellent staff, I just wanted to add that Jessica Valanzola(Assistant General Manager) and her team are excellent. I really appreciate her efforts in working with me to secure the reservation for the critical stay and the follow up assistance after our stay. She is an incredible asset to the Hyatt Brand. We look forward to our stay in late June 2026!

I was given a room already occupied!
Pros:

Upon check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied. As a woman traveling alone, imagine how frightening it was to open the door and find men's clothing strewn about! I ran back to the desk, where I was casually told, "Oh, one of our construction workers is living in that room," as if it was no big deal.
The hotel is under renovations. I saw this when I booked, and I called to ask if the construction would affect the pool. They said no, and that was true; I was able to swim during my stay.
However, I was very upset about this room mixup and because of it I did not feel safe during my stay. At times there were construction workers in the hallways and elevators, carrying 6-packs of beer and propping doors open to party.
A staff member called when I got into my new (thankfully, vacant) room and said a manager would reach out to me and "take care of me," but this never happened. Further, I wrote this in my review to the hotel, but it has now been a couple of weeks and I still haven't heard anything, no apology or anything.
The free breakfast was nice, with a very helpful attendant in the breakfast room making sure people found what they wanted.
There is a parking fee and you have to park in designated spaces.

Good experience. Thanks for all your accommodations.
Pros:

Great location and good services. Front desk staff was accommodating and offered a quite room as I requested. He also invited me to join the membership to receive more benefits. The breakfast was OK. Romana is very friendly and she made hot chocolate for me upon request.

Cons:

Nothing major.
