Room size. Staff was very nice. My boys loved thr fresh lemon/lime sliced water and the chocolate chip cookies.
Need a hot tub!! Need some windows to be able to open in the pool room, way to hot. Better seating for breakfast so families can be together, food needs a little work. The bathroom needs to be bigger, can't close the door very well in the bathroom, needs lots more space. Why so much room between the desk and sink?

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice. It was a great location. I had no issues beside the parking.
There wasn't enough parking for hotel guests. There were about 6 vehicles that took up 2 parking spaces each. We paid $15 for parking. Those 6 vehicles should be charged for 2 spaces, $30 ($15 each space). We left around 10p.m., after we came back from an event we attended, to get something to eat. We literally went to In N Out, up the street and came back and there was no parking spaces remaining.
That's when I observed those 6 vehicles that were parked in 2 spaces each. We lucked out because someone just left and we took their space. Otherwise I was going to go to the front desk and let them know that we paid for parking and there were no spaces available.
Exceptionally clean room! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Close to restaurants and shopping.

Es gab Probleme mit der Bezahlung über booking und diese konnten erst nach einigen Gesprächen geklärt werden. Auf booking war leider kein Verlass und erst nach 3 Tagen kam eine Rückmeldung.
The room was large enough for the three of us to be comfortable.
Breakfast was too crowded and the eggs were just a little cold.
The rooms were clean and in a good location near a mall and some restaurants. The housekeeping was good. However, there were many small issues with the room. 1) Refrigerator not cold enough, 2) Toilet tank did not fill back up quickly, 3) Limited TV channels and no working TV guide; 4) Continental breakfast was slow on refilling empty food; 5) Continental breakfast was pretty much repetitive rotating the following: a) Canadian bacon; b) sausage; or c) bacon. They also rotated between a) pancakes, b) French toast sticks, or c) waffles. Everything else seemed pretty much the same.
Our stay was disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong urine smell. When we asked about switching rooms, we were initially told there were no other rooms available. After we decided to leave instead of staying, we were suddenly offered one more room.
Unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better. The bed sheets had hair on them, so I had to request clean sheets that evening.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness issues and overall experience were disappointing. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay at this location again.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. It was a great stay for our family of six on our road trip.

The location was great and the rooms reasonably priced. Felt secure at the location. The breakfast was good plus to excellent minus. The staff was always polite and willing to visit with you. Complementary water! Cookies too, didn't have one but gave one to my son who said it wasn't very good.
The room is mainly the reason for my very good rating. The shower was difficult to get into due to the door in the bathroom. Either the door or stool is in the way trying to enter the shower. There is also a high step off getting out of the shower. There is also really no towel rack (accept in the shower) for two or more people to hang up towels and washcloths for reuse. We did not receive maid service each day for the two day stay, so reusing a towel isn't a problem for us but it needs a place to properly hang and dry.
