We stayed there for 8 nights over the Christmas holiday. Our room was never cleaned, no trash emptied or sheets changed.

Excellent Denver Hotel with Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Denver, Colorado. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming — especially for business travel.

The staff was accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated having hot breakfast available consistently, and it was a nice touch that even at night, if I needed something like pizza, they were able to take care of it.

I especially want to recognize the woman at the front desk who worked the night shift — unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she mentioned she works for the State of Colorado. She was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and supported during both my first night checking in and my last night before leaving.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Denver for business. Great service, great cleanliness, and a very pleasant stay.

We will be back.
Pros:

We were in town for our daughter's wedding & needed a little extra time when checking out. The front desk staff was very understanding, and allowed us to store some of our things for an extra hour. It was extremely helpful & their willingness to help us was very much appreciated!

Love This Hotel
Pros:

When I have to visit family, I always stay at Hyatt Place Greenwood Village/Denver. All the employees are helpful and friendly, it has always been super clean and the breakfast is enjoyable. I don't even think about saying anywhere else.

Spartan rooms and terrible customer service.
Pros:

Inexperienced staff, spartan poorly laid out rooms, missing outlets in accessible room sink, slippery floors for elderly parents. Breakfast only til 9am. Overall poor experience and would never recommend or frequent this hotel again.

The property was good.

Cons:

The property charged us more than booking.com bill. Even just a couple of bucks but they charged you more than you have to pay. The pool was closed too, my kids can't swim.
