Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous with a large variety of fresh fruit.
Should have listed on Booking that it was $15.00 per night for parking. There are two $60.00 charges on my credit card that I don’t understand - I will check into this. The man at the desk, at checkout, was not very friendly.
Great price
So when we got up to have breakfast, there was literally nowhere for me and my kids to sit and it was me and my three kids so like it’s not just easy for me to just get food and walk upstairs so I had them sit at like a coffee table and there was just so many people like it was just and there’s not really a lot of room for people to say it so I feel like they need to have more sitting area cause there was also another family sitting on that little coffee table that we my kids are trying to share with them.

The hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had 3 rooms on the same floor and that was convenient. The location worked well for us as we wanted to be outside of the main downtown area.
The breakfast was a hugh disappointment. It would have been better to have no breakfast than what we had. Hyatt can do better!
The attitude I was given when asking about additional charges that were never discussed was appalling. Coming for business and having several charges on my personal card and the tattoo received from Toony was unbelievable.
We loved everything except the pool. Rooms were clean, quiet and beds were so comfortable. Had a good nights rest every night.
Location was convienent and rooms were very spacious and clean! The breakfast was great and the workout room was well stocked!
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and kind. The rooms are quite large with small refrigerator and microwave. I would have rated a 5, but the breakfast area was unavailable for seating, only one elevator was working one day and the water wasn’t working one day as well.

Not what we expected at all. Weird, tiny toilet and shower area. Huge door with no room to enter. Dirty elevators. Inconsistent replacement of towels, tissue from housekeeping. Broken refrigerator upon checking in. Took too long to fix. Tiny breakfast area. Needs some sort of window covering for blinding morning sun. Inconsistent food replacement. Not great experience.
Good location, room are average, I think for a Hyatt Place it may be a little more better than average. I'd give it an average but dadgum their chicken apple breakfast sausage is absolutely delicious. I know it sounds weird, but trust me. It's good.
During our stay we had the pleasure (not!) of staying with boys lacrosse teams. That evening they took the liberty of running up and down the hallways and stairs. They didn't stop after we approached them so we called front desk. Called the front desk several times. At one point were to the point of calling law enforcement. The hotel manager ( I guess) stopped by and said they would credit our stay, but that still hasn't happened and now have the fun challenge of getting ahold of someone to talk to you and being on hold for countless minutes. What happened to customer service? I usually stay here when routinely visiting our daughter, but its time to find another hotel
