Bad bed
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The bed in our room was very old. I had to rotate it. I told the front desk and they didn't offer to switch me rooms. Our room smelt a little like someone who had the room prior to us had vomited.

Pros:

Excellent Denver Hotel with Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Denver, Colorado. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming — especially for business travel.

The staff was accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated having hot breakfast available consistently, and it was a nice touch that even at night, if I needed something like pizza, they were able to take care of it.

I especially want to recognize the woman at the front desk who worked the night shift — unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she mentioned she works for the State of Colorado. She was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and supported during both my first night checking in and my last night before leaving.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Denver for business. Great service, great cleanliness, and a very pleasant stay.
