Clean, good location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, avec problèmes d’humidité
Pros:

- la localisation : au calme tout en étant proche de l’animation de shinjuku.
- le petit déjeuner

Cons:

- l’humidité dans la chambre - comme une forte odeur de pieds sales persistante dans la chambre. Sûrement à cause du concept de salle d’eau ouverte sur la chambre, dont je ne suis vraiment pas fan.
- le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de bidons de produit douche/shampooing dans la douche, comme dans la plupart des hôtels au Japon. L’état met à disposition de minuscules échantillons de savon.

Wonderful stay, great location, very friendly staff
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel. It was on a quiet street that was also close to everything. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms, though small, were very comfortable and very well kept.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Mweh ik had er meer van verwacht.

Het was schoon, de locatie was fantastisch en personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

Ik vond het bed oncomfortabel. Het kussen was te hard en dik en er waren geen andere opties. Het bed kraakte en was voor ons als Nederlander erg klein. De kamer was ook zo klein dat we onze koffer nergens kwijt konden. Met 2 koffers kan je niet terecht in dit hotel. De douche kop bleef niet vast zitten waardoor hij steeds weg draaide door de druk van de straal.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker im hoteleigenen Café. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, alles war sehr sauber und die Lage ist optimal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, was für Tokio jedoch üblich ist.
