Una settimana a Tokyo
Pros:

La struttura è molto vicina alle stazioni metro e jr, oltre che al centro di Shinjuku.
La stanza era piccola, ma nella media delle strutture che si possono trovare a Tokyo, gli spazi seppur piccoli sono ben organizzati ed è tutto molto pulito.
Lo staff molto gentile!

Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location, really close to train lines and shops, bars and restaurants, staff are really helpful and friendly, we’ve stayed here a few times and everytime has been clean and convenient!

Cons:

Rooms are pretty small but this tends to be the case across most parts of Japan. Not a problem but you lack space with luggage too.

Photogenic Scam *clean but cheap

Very clean and good access to both Shinjuku and Shinokubo

Cons:

It's a typical "photogenic scam" room. It looks clean in the photos, but the furnishings and equipment are cheap. And the room is much smaller than it looks on booking.com. The mattress didn't fit the bed frame properly, leaving a large gap between the mattress and the wall. The edges of the bedsheet and blanket kept slipping into that gap, where a lot of dust had accumulated, so they became dusty as well.
On top of that, the restroom door didn't fit its frame properly either. There was a noticeable gap between the door and the wall, making it possible to see inside the restroom from outside, which offered almost no privacy.
