It was more or less alright, seen worse in Tokyo.
Pros:

Rooms are small, but well organized, seem bigger then they actually are. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

No storage space except for three hangers. No place to dry the towels, mold on the curtains in the bathroom. Pillows are uncomfortable.

Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Im Zimmer war alles da, was man brauchte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sodass es mit zwei Koffern bei zwei Personen schon schwer war, sich zu bewegen. Aber es war möglich, die Koffer unter dem Bett zu verstauen. Das gebuchte Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber recht wenig und für Hafermilch musste man auch als Hotelgast einen Aufpreis zahlen.

夜の世界の中のオアシス
Pros:

2階のランドリーコーナーには自販機と電子レンジがあります。そこに長いテーブル(コンセントあり)と椅子も用意されているので、充電しながら仕上がりを待ったり、温めた物を食べたりする事も可能です。
同じ2階にはバスルームが二つあり、フロントの開いている時間内であれば、2時間鍵を借りて大きな湯舟に浸かる事も出来ます。タオル類は一切置いてありませんが、ドライヤー・シャンプー・リンス・ボディシャンプーの備え付きがあります。
1階にあるカフェもとても雰囲気が良く、珈琲もとても美味しくて夜でも飲んでいましたが、宿泊者は１０％引きになるのも嬉しかったです。
タオル交換やお部屋の掃除も何日毎にするかを決める事が出来、途中で変更する事が可能なのも良かったです。何より、スタッフが押しなべて親切で気持ちよく対応して下さった事に感謝致します。

Cons:

最初部屋が狭くて吃驚します。大きなトランクを何処に置くんだろうと途方に暮れますが、きちんとベッドの下に入れる事が出来て解決しました。
勿体ないのは、バスタオルやハンドタオルを干す場所が皆無だという事です。干せればせめて2日に一度交換すれば良いのに、干せないと毎日交換して頂くしかありません。たまたま近くの実家にあった突っ張り棒を持って来て、それを設置した所にバスタオルを干し、2日に一度の交換に変更させて頂きましたが、小物等の整理をする棚も無く、収納と言う面では残念な事が多かったです。
冷蔵庫は一番弱くしても入れた物が凍ってしまうので、余り買い置きは出来ませんでした。
コインランドリーの乾燥機は余り効果が無いので、歩いて3分のコインランドリーふたばさんで乾燥させて頂いていました。

I’ll be back.
Pros:

Very small rooms but somehow I didn’t mind it at all. Lovely patio to enjoy a coffee in the morning and very friendly staff. And I’d liked the location a lot.

Don't book this place
Pros:

Nothing, rooms smell like cigarettes and this place does not meet the health standards. We had to leave after seeing the rooms. Photos are misleading for this place.

Cons:

It's also situated near where the prostitutes wait so really not an ideal spot for families (which also explains the dark and bad smelling rooms).

Good location, fine for a few nights
Pros:

It’s in a good location - easy to walk to the metro and into Shinjuku. The cafe/bar is really useful for breakfast or a drink. Good laundry facilities and helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower was in the room so there was a damp smell from the first day we arrived. For the price we expected a bit better.

Pefekte Lage für einen ersten Tokio-Besuch.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Ausflüge ideal. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist dennoch sehr ruhig (Nebenstrasse). Das Hotel ist neuwertig. Es gibt einen Vorgarten, in dem man draußen Frühstücken kann. Die Waschmaschine ist günstig (200 Yen).

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein; es ist nicht möglich, 2 Koffer gleichzeitig auszubreiten. Da muss man sich erst einmal dran gewöhnen.

Otelin çalışanları çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Konumu tren istasyonuna yürüme 10 dk. Haneda airport işe otel arasında ulaşımı sağlayan otobüs otele 7 dk mesafe uzaklıkta. Odalar çok konforlu, kahvaltısı çok iyi. Yine gelsem kesinlikle yine tercih ederim. Herşey için teşekkür ederim.

Fantastic location just 1 stop from Shinjuku so you don't feel too smothered. Breakfast was great as was the coffee.
