Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The rooms were furnished well, but were quite small spaced and there was no where I could lay my luggage out.
The location is good but where the hotek is located at night it can seem a little sketchy being close to red light district

Pros:

新大久保の繁華街に近いのに、静かで過ごしやすかった。駅やコンビニ、ドンキも近くにあり利便性に優れていた。

Cons:

置時計があればよかった。1階カーテンを開けるとカフェが丸見えでびっくりした。どうにか工夫いただきたい。

Pros:

Location to the main areas of shinjuku is just right. Easier access to the trains on a smaller station nearby. Very clean and perfect for 2 people. The bed is comfortable and a good size.
