Hyatt Place Fort Worth / Cityview

Good experience overall. There was a snafu with my late checkout as a benefit of my world if Hyatt elevated status but the general manager went out of his way to make it right and so I give this hotel a 5 star review. Great job with guest recovery, Daniel. I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Checked in on 3 february, customer service staff was rude. When I check out the next day on guy was on his phone, personal conversation. This dude didn't even put his phone down. The one thing I asked for one a bill because the one he gave didn't show the correct balance due. He said he could provide it until noon at check out, weird but okay. Banking says 160, paper receipt says 130, you can't make this crap up. Then when I go to call guess what, nobody answers any of the numbers.

This is a perfectly nice and affordable hotel choice. I’ve been here before And I will probably stay here again. The check-in was good. Most of my interactions with people here were good. There was one time when I was down in the lobby waiting to talk to someone at the front desk or something and there was another man also waiting. While we were waiting two of the guys were talking back-and-forth with each other. While we were standing there. Other than that, though everything was fine.

The housekeeping manager or manager i dont know what she was, kicked us out of thrl pool right at closing time and told my boyfriend he shouldnt have is trailor parked in the parking lot and people could steal it. She ruined our stay and our vacation.

This property met most expectations. Room was clean. Front desk was cordial with a late night check in. Accessible double bedroom was the only thing they had left but that worked out fine.p the room was so large you could hold a dance in there.

One minor trouble was some equipment noise like a pump or an elevator motor periodically fired up during the night and got my attention. Usually I sleep through these things but something about this did wake me up a couple of times. I think this was an issue with this particular room.

I ended up here on short notice after Marriott informed me the Bonvoy system was down and I could not apply any points at a nearby property from Marriott. Fortunately I had points on high it so that's how I ended up here.

Breakfast bar had steel cut oats fresh eggs, fresh fruit, hash browns, turkey Canadian bacon. The standard hotel offering but with more options than most, and everything was fresh and well presented

Value ans location

Friendly staff, I asked if they could put my daughters family and I on same floor, so they moved my room to her floor & it made our little Christmas get together a lot easier being across from each other

My girlfriend and I chose a staycation here. The room was ready upon check in. The check in process was easy. The room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable which were both important to my girlfriend. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in process was quick and easy. Directions were given to get to the room and were effective, there were no strange smells. I do wish the TV was a smart TV so I can connect bluetooth or play a music channel. Beds were comfortable and clean, the couch was also very comfy. I appreciated the shades being able to be adjusted to block the sun. Kind staff, the breakfast was AMAZING - I loved the variety and freshness of the food. The quality was also very good as well. It was very refreshing. Room 407 just needs the door latch to be fixed and the A/C wasn't working 100% but other than that I had a great stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for the good experience! It was a great location, good atmosphere, organized staff. Clean rooms and common areas - overall the service was great and the fellow guests were quiet. 10/10

This hotel is in terrible condition and should probably be avoided at all costs until it gets renovated. Period. End of Review.
