The room was comfortable and fit my family’s need. The location is near convenient stores and restaurants. It did not take long to travel to Vegas strip.
The hotel is under repair. There were many guests in the building waiting for room check in.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and everything was well maintained. It was also very convenient that many tours pick up guests from Virgin Hotels, which is right across the street.
The location is a little far from the Strip, and the nearby options for food are limited. We usually needed to take a Lyft or Uber to get closer to better restaurants and attractions.
This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovations. Our room was one disaster after another. From worn-out carpet exposing the sharp tack strip to a broken bathroom toilet that ran continuously. Poor communication with the front desk caused the toilet to run all day while we were out of the room. We came back after 9 hours away to find that maintenance hadn't shown up.
We will not return. Worst Hyatt experience to date!
Dobrá lokalita blízko letiště, ale v pokoji jsme letadla neslyšeli což nás mile překvapilo. Prostorný pokoj, snídaně v ceně. Milý a ochotný personál.
Po rozestlání postele zjištěno znečištění, žluté fleky na prostěradle. Nicméně bylo během krátké chvíle vše vyměněné i po 21h večer. A museli jsme ještě poprosit o povlečení pro gauč, protože nebyl připraven.

It was a very clean facility , staff was friendly and breakfast was very pleasant
My brother had booked couple days before us however the pool wasn’t working he had to get another hotel by the time we were heading to our stay we called the hotel and was assured pool would be working however it was not so we had to pay day passes at another hotel to get pool access , pool was back up the day of our check out day
Nothing to Like about this Facility .
The Breakfast Quality Was very poor , The facility very and furniture very old , no lifeguard for swimming pool . Also We Had Problem with Bathtub and the washing sink

Overall, very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and location was great. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for the last night of a business trip to be close to the airport. There’s no airport shuttle, but Uber was quick and easy.
Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room had a strong air freshener smell trying to cover something musty or like old smoke. The shower didn’t drain, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to use, there were old coffee grounds left in the pot, and the Wi-Fi didn't wotk.
Breakfast was fine and as expected, but when I asked about the advertised espresso bar, the front desk simply said “we have Starbucks,” which I guess was referring to the standard drip coffee.
We were exhausted on arrival and left early for our flight, so we made it work—but it wasn’t a good use of my free night award.

Ricardo and Chastity at the front desk we’re so accommodating and polite I had a last-minute flight change and they were able to extend my stayI absolutely love the room set ups and the atmosphere it is very calm and quiet and I really enjoy the overall service and amenities and I was told I have breakfast and pool access which is great knowing that I am able to relax further despite last-minute flight changes. This really elevated my experience and I would 100% recommend staying here and I will absolutely be coming back such pleasant and polite service really makes all the difference thank you again
