Pros:

The stay was great, customer service outstanding! Harry Reid airplane traffic not so much, I was awoken several times during the nights I stayed, which did not help with work in the morning. I know that it was not in the Hyatt's control but please consider doing something that can nullify the noise.

Checked all the boxes of what a hotel should be
Pros:

What stood out to me was the hospitality and customer service. Brian at the front desk on Thursday morning 2/5/2026. He didn’t hesitate to help me and one other person with what I would call an uber/taxi mixup. If he is reading this, he knows what I am talking about, but he was just incredibly helpful and a great example of what hospitality is all about. I had a busy morning trying to get back to my home state and my experience with him just made my day that much better, so much that I will never forget that moment and it will be a story I tell for ages. I also appreciate that all of the team members that I encountered at different times of the day were welcoming and nice, even add odd times of the day (super late or early). It felt like you could ask them anything and they were always smiling and giving you all the right answers. I can’t say enough great things about this team and I don’t often write reviews but I was just so pleased. I travel to Vegas for work somewhat regularly and will definitely be coming back / referring this hotel to other coworkers due to all the reasons above.

Great location and exceptional service!
Pros:

We booked this room for one night as we flew in Saturday to attend the Zac Brown concert at the Sphere. The service at this location was exceptional, the room and lobby was clean and smelled really nice. The night manager made us a breakfast bag because we caught a 5:30 am flight Sunday morning after the show and was going to miss the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia. El desayuno estaba bien provisto. Y la ubicación estaba bien para tratarse de las Vegas, necesario uber o taxi para desplazarse.

Cons:

El recepcionista que nos atendió cuando llegamos fue muy amable, pero no pudimos hacer el check in porque llegamos antes de tiempo y nuestra habitación no estaba aún preparada. Cuando volvimos después de dar una vuelta, nos atendió otra persona que se empeñó en hablarnos a través de un pequeño traductor, aunque podíamos comunicarnos sin problema en inglés, y aunque así se lo hicimos ver, siguió empeñado en utilizar el aparato, con lo que la conversación era algo surrealista. En cuanto al desayuno, había bastantes opciones, pero muchísima gente para el espacio habilitado, por lo que había que hacer una gran cola para pasar por el buffet. Por otro lado, aunque puede parecer una tontería, comentar que había dos botellas de agua en la habitación, que lejos de ser de cortesía (en un hotel de cierto nivel creo que es un mínimo), eran de pago.

Fun girls trip to Vegas
Pros:

Just got home from a long weekend in Vegas with my girls! We had a great time. Hotel was perfect! Quiet, clean and yummy breakfast every morning. The food workers made sure everyone was fed and taken care of. Very hard workers!
Elizabeth, at the front desk took great care of us! She made sure we had extra towels every night and was so friendly. Great customer service! We would stay again!

Las Vegas e’ da vedere: attrazioni, shopping e divertinento
Pros:

Posizione ottima per aeroporto. 10 minuti con taxi o autobus 108 vicino hotel. Per la Strip a piedi e’ un po’ lunga e il bus si prende a 15 minuti da hotel. Camere ampie anche se purtroppo qui gli hotel hanno tutti la moquette. Colazione duscreta

La scelta per la colaziine non e’ abbondante.

Very nice stay !
Pros:

We had a very nice stay there. We were four and their was only one real bed, the other was the couch, but it was still comfortable. The pool was great ! You have to pay to park the car.
