A/C regulated at 70° THUMBS DOWN
Pros:

Damage to the walls and floorboards. Shower head was also damaged and very low pressure. The worst part was the A/C being regulated at 70°. I woke up hot and sweating every night. The A/C said it was at 70° but felt more like 75°. If they dont change this, I will not stay here again.

Ricardo is great
Pros:

Ricardo was very hospitable when a mistake was made our end while booking third party. He informed us of the issues and their policies and instructed us on how to fix it. We were able to hang out until everything was cleared and he kindly checked us in. Well done Ricardo thanks!
