Hyatt… no suprises.
Pros:

Overall, very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and location was great. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Stayed here for the last night of a business trip to be close to the airport. There’s no airport shuttle, but Uber was quick and easy.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. The room had a strong air freshener smell trying to cover something musty or like old smoke. The shower didn’t drain, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to use, there were old coffee grounds left in the pot, and the Wi-Fi didn't wotk.

Breakfast was fine and as expected, but when I asked about the advertised espresso bar, the front desk simply said “we have Starbucks,” which I guess was referring to the standard drip coffee.

We were exhausted on arrival and left early for our flight, so we made it work—but it wasn’t a good use of my free night award.

Easy booking and friendly service
Pros:

Ricardo and Chastity at the front desk we’re so accommodating and polite I had a last-minute flight change and they were able to extend my stayI absolutely love the room set ups and the atmosphere it is very calm and quiet and I really enjoy the overall service and amenities and I was told I have breakfast and pool access which is great knowing that I am able to relax further despite last-minute flight changes. This really elevated my experience and I would 100% recommend staying here and I will absolutely be coming back such pleasant and polite service really makes all the difference thank you again

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location for seeing a concert at a nearby venue.
Pros:

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Virgin Hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was really good.

Stinky, musty, moldy smell of the entire 5th floor. Notified the staff and didn’t care to move me to another floor. Will never come back to this place again.
