It gives Hyatt a terrible name. They could easily replace the air-conditioning unit that is clearly not working right
Pros:

The property was fine. The air conditioning was so loud. It sounded like a motorcycle motor. It's the whole night. It's just horrendous that they let that go on.

Cons:

It was mostly the air-conditioning when you go to sleep at a hotel you wanna get a good night rest. It was loud and made the state very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Elevator only one was in service. Outside the property around the trash cans are not maintained or cleaned. Also lights went out in the whole building in the later afternoon.

The property is not maintained like how it used to be. We will not be returning here

Location, other than that nothing else

Cons:

We arrived just after 2:30 and asked if we could check in
Front desk asked us to wait in the lobbby an additional 30 minutes
That was very strange
The lobby was dirty with stains all over the couches and carpets
Furniture looked dirty and worn
Same with the elevators
Our room was no different everything looked worn down and not properly maintained

Mediocre but helpful staff
Pros:

Was required to stay at this hotel as part of a soccer tournament - otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. Our room was on the first floor so there was little natural light making the room feel like a cave. The sink is in the same space as the bed which was awkward. The bathroom was small. Breakfast was awful and one of the few healthy items was yogurt which served in a large bowl that was either near empty or empty. The hotel was relatively clean and staff very nice and helpful. Pool area was relatively nice.

It was awful
Pros:

Somebody vandalized the fire extinguishers on the sixth floor. The smell was horrible. I could not stay in my room. We were removed to the third floor because it was the only room that was available, the carpet was wet and it had a strong chemical smell. Also, a staff member opened our door without knocking. It was slightly violating. The hotel was very noisy, and the cleanliness was below Standard. The only bright light was Sierra, the front desk girl was excellent.

Pros:

Tout était super, nous avons bien été reçu à l'accueil, le check-in comme le check-out s'est déroulé facilement, aucune contrainte, la chambre était bien pour 4 personnes, par contre nous étions situé trop haut, mais bon pour le prix ce n'était qu'un détail, l'hôtel est propre, je n'y suis pas retourné depuis 2018.

Pros:

Limpio serca del lugar que mi esposo tenia sus lases y muy serca de un sentro comercial muy muy grande. Solo que uno de los elevadores estaba fuera de servicio. Y si era tardado y un poco frustrate esperar varios minutos por el único ascensor y hacia mucho ruido. En lo personal tengo problemas con los asesores. El desayuno muy bien barbado y el café EXCELENTE. SI LO RECOMIENDO SI YO EN LO PERSONAL SI VOLVERÉ A RENTAR HAY MUY MUY LIMPIO 😊😉

El problema de estar esperando el único ascensor ya que el segu do ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y el que tenia que usar hacia mucho ruido yo tengo miedo con los ascensores y eso si fue incomodo . De todo lo demás el personal, desayuno, ubicación, y limpieza EXCELENTE 👌👍

Ultimately me and my family had a good stay
Pros:

I loved the location. You can walk to the mall or local eateries. The checking in and the front receptionists were friendly. I loved that it included breakfast. My kids loved the pool.

Cons:

I didn’t have my room cleaned every day during the five nights I stayed because there was so many of us. So when I asked a maid to collect our trash or give us new towels, it seemed like I would get attitude or they would tell me yes they will and they didn’t. I understand it gets busy, but that’s something that is in their job description. The breakfast isn’t that great when I did find the time to go down there.
