Cons:

Unfortunately the room that was in front of mine was disrespectful on the quiet time. It’s was 3:00am and they were talking loud in the hallway and had their door open. Hard to rest.

As World of Hyatt Globalist members, we found this property’s adherence to Brand Standards and Operational Excellence to be significantly compromised. While the heated pool was properly maintained and calibrated for January—a rare positive—it did not offset the broader service delivery failures.

The breakfast experience was an egregious departure from Hyatt’s 'World of Care' ESG commitments. Operating a California-based property with 100% single-use plastics and paper plates is a massive Sustainability Brand Deviation that lacks the baseline quality expected of the brand.

Furthermore, the visual landscape of the hotel was cluttered with 'taped-up' signage and 'refusal of service' notices that created a hostile guest environment. The irony of seeing a sign prohibiting the removal of 'dishes' while being provided only disposables highlights a total operational disconnect and a lack of professional property management. This stay fell well below the service culture we have come to expect from the Hyatt portfolio.

Not up to hyatt standards
Pros:

This place is on it's last leg. Ice only on 5th floor. Carpet in hallways are in very bad shape. They are out of everything but a couple of beers in the bar. Asked for wine glasses and we were given 2 dirty and dusty glasses. Room was decent. I'm guessing this location must be up for sale. This is the worst hyatt I have ever been to.
