The staff was great. They returned my call when I called to see if they could hold our luggage. They held our luggage while we visited the Everglades. The staff called to tell us our room was ready early.
Friendly Staff
No restaurant/lounge or coffee bar as advertised on website. Breakfast poor quality for a Hyatt.
Room in the 6th floor was big and it was just renovated. Everything clean and nice.
Personnel were kind and helpful.
Elevator was outdated.
Pool area was small and sunbeds dirty and broken. A lot of leafs fallen from trees were in the pool and in the pool area.
Breakfast was ok.
Room was unacceptable! I have pictures I would like to send to you! All I got was an apology!

Breakfast was average.
Stayed here as a reward member and had a nice visit. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate with a nice shower. Breakfast was good with typical items, eggs, meat, cereal, and juices. Check-in and check-out were fast. A nice place to stay.
