Very disappointed in lack of advertised food options, this was the reason for choosing this location

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Room in the 6th floor was big and it was just renovated. Everything clean and nice.
Personnel were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Elevator was outdated.
Pool area was small and sunbeds dirty and broken. A lot of leafs fallen from trees were in the pool and in the pool area.

Fairly Close to Airport and Cruise Port
Pros:

Stayed here as a reward member and had a nice visit. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate with a nice shower. Breakfast was good with typical items, eggs, meat, cereal, and juices. Check-in and check-out were fast. A nice place to stay.

Strong advise to not choose this property. In know way qualifies as Hyatt property and is poorly maintained and does not have capacity to handle high occupancy.

A Hyatt Disappointment
Pros:

Location is nice and convenient being near restaurants and shops. Room was updated and very spacious there was no wifi in the room till the 4th day. TV reception oftentimes blurs out while AC is noisy. Very worn/torn lobby and breakfast area furniture. There’s a rendering of a proposed renovation/update though but no definite date when it will happen. Given the above and inspite of the updated and spacious room, I will not stay here again.

Poor housekeeping services
Pros:

We knew the hotel was under renovation before our stay, and the room was nice. But I'm not happy with house keeping. The first morning we were there, the alarm went off very early in the morning. I assumed it was left on from the previous guest. So I turned it off, and it did not go off the next morning. On the last day we were there, we allowed housekeeping to clean the room. That following morning, the alarm went off again at 5:45 am. Housekeeping clearly turned the alarm on. Completely childish and inappropriate. I hope they had a good laugh. I will not be staying at a Hyatt property again.

Great Value in a Very Pricey Area

​Our two night stay at the Hyatt Place was outstanding, starting immediately with the warm welcome from Andrea. She was incredibly pleasant and personable, going above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. She happily stored our bags and provided a helpful overview of the area, including excellent lunch recommendations, while we waited for our room. When we checked in a few hours later, we were impressed by the newly renovated interior; the room had a great feel and fit, representing a really nice job on the updates. Andrea is truly the epitome of the type of team member you want interfacing with the public.

​Beyond the service and room quality, the amenities added wonderful value to our stay. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the complimentary hot breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. We particularly enjoyed the delicious sausages and oatmeal, accompanied by delightful, piping-hot Seattle’s Best coffee. In an area saturated with very costly hotels—some of which are barely one-star quality—this property is a massive hidden gem. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for exceptional value and comfort.

Stay Elsewhere!! Stay as far away as possible!!
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting entrance with trash, cigarettes, dirt and sand. Dirty, rusted, flat tires, luggage cart. Torn, dirty, nasty ripped lobby furniture. Mold and Mildew on all pool furniture and surfaces. Dirty nasty pool water. Concrete falling apart. Peeling paint on broken gate. No attention given to public spaces for a long time and no care to address it when brought to attention. Very poor property management! Should not be allowed to fly the Hyatt Brand!
