Worn out and under renovation.
Pros:

It is undergoing renovation so the hotel is really worn out. But they make this clear when you arrive. They should make it clear however before you book.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very good hotel. Great location, comfortable hotel. The room is big with comfortable beds. My only issue was with the water pressure being low

Comfortable and generally pleasant.
Pros:

The elevator needs some work for tidiness and smell. Room was clean on check-in. Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Front desk could be a little more cheerful, but i compliment one person who took the time to assist me with the television. Cant remember his name but worked on Saturday night.
