Great Place for a Business Trip
Pros:

Great experience. Shirley at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I would highly recommend staying here for a business trip. Close legacy west which is where all the restaurants are and most of the corporate offices are as well.

I'd book again!
Pros:

Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano was a great bargain. Based on the hotels we usually pay for during soccer tournaments, this was a steal. And I'd like to say "you get what you pay for" but in this instance, the hotel far exceeded the price. Friendly staff, like.. the kind of southern hospitality you would expect in Texas! Breakfast was ok. The rooms are a bit dated but all in all, comfy, clean and room to spread out in--which is great with a smell soccer bag!

Just an average stay
Pros:

Stayed for 5 nights for personal reasons. Room was nice, a little dated like common area but nice room layout and clean. Best part of stay was housekeeping throughout. Breakfast was adequate and wish they had coffee available later in the day and not just at breakfast. I normally expect a bit more under the Hyatt brand.
