Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with a good breakfast selection. Breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Clerk that checked us in was not upfront and she was not helpful in answering questions.

Pros:

Breakfast was great and the rooms were big

Cons:

They had a bus full of people shiw up and the parents from that bus let the kids run wild and we couldn't even use the pool because they were cannon balling our 3 kids who are autistic and sliding dwn the handrails, bumping into other kids making it impossible to enjoy the water

Not sure if we will stay there again The staff that was at front desk was very good

Very convenient to everything

Cons:

Our room smelled musty, the lighting over the sink in the bedroom was awful Could not put makeup on To be honest the cost of the room was high for the quality The breakfast offered was stopped at 9:30 A little early especially for a Sunday

We we’re close to stairs the door so heard door slamming part of the evening but at least the noise stopped after 10:00.

6th floor nice.

Cons:

My friend signed paper and gave hotel her card but I was charged and have tried 4 times, about an hour to speak to appropriate dept in hotel.

Dirty washcloth behind bathroom door.

Man spoke to me & gave me a gentle warning when my friend left her dogs in room to get bags out of car. I reminded her of policy but couldn't make her stay in room.
