It got cold in the sofa area and no blankets
Pros:

We had a king suite and 3 adults. Needed the pull out sofa and had to call twice for sheets, then for pillows and we never got a blanket.

Cons:

Queen pull out pillow and linens NOT in room

It was my pleasure staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was nice and clean

Pros:

Clean room, very soft bed, and good space!

Cons:

I completely understand why breakfast only goes until 9--the workers do have to put it all together, of course! But since we weren't able to take advantage of that amenity in that window, I wish breakfast was available until 10. One of the lights in our room also flickered a little, so there might have been a bulb that needed to be replaced.

Pros:

Nice facility close to airport. Shuttle service to airport.

Cons:

Phone in our room did not work, so we didn't receive our 3AM wake up call.
There was a potato chip under the edge of the couch in our room.

Pros:

Since we had a early morning flight out of the Portland Airport it was a great location. We used their shuttle service to catch an early morning flight and it got us there in a timely manner.

This place had a simple comfort that really appealed to me.
Pros:

The breakfast was great - good food, hot, and frequently replenished. My husband is a paraplegic, and the staff were willing to adjust the bed to make it easier for him to get into. Everyone was happy to help. I loved the coffee that was always available.

Clean and comfortable per usual.

Cons:

I paid over 300 a night finding by talking to people staying there that it was crazy. We stayed 7 nights and are seniors. A discount would have been nice, but this is always my hotel line I stay at. This one just broke the bank, bad!!😔

Pros:

Design, pool, location is great. Some employees are nice

Cons:

Not that clean as I expected, old building, breakfast is overcrowded, no place to seat. We took one chair with my 8yo daughter. I didn’t feel welcomed.
