It provided what we needed
Pros:

We loved the lobby for breakfast. The rooms were big and mostly clean. The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The bathrooms are SMALL and weirdly have towels in the shower. There was still hair on the floor from previous guests in there too. Also the pool being remodeled kinda put a damper on our stay. That was a big reason for booking at this particular hotel. We were able to use a pool down the road but the drive back was COLD being still damp and only 70 outside. I wish it had been stated on the hotel website or booking site.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was good. Personnel were friendly and helpful when needed.

Cons:

Pool was closed for updates. However, they had made arrangements with another nearby hotel to use their pool. Not as convenient but at least there was an option to use it.

I have stayed at two Hyatt locations in the Pittsburgh area and both I would rate the same.
Pros:

Dirty, dingy hotel with inadequate staff and poor facilities.
Pros:

Nothing. This was not a good place to stay. It was unfortunately understaffed and unclean. This was a disappointing place to stay.

Cons:

The whole place was filthy. The trashcans in the common bathroom were overflowing, the breakfast area was dirty with food on the floor, the room was okay, but the previous Guest's name was on the "welcome sheet". The elevators had handprints on them and were dirty on the floor the entire 3 days. The halls were dingy and dirty, with stuff visibly on the floor. The front door stopped working at one point, adding to the ridiculousness of the whole thing.
The breakfast was atrocious. The food was inedible, cold, and inconsistent and the seating areas were too small, with different chairs that did not match, and too few seats for the number of guests.
The food area was very dirty and dingy, and lacked staff to keep it clean. The coffee was weak and watery, a very disappointing experience.

Pros:

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good.

Cons:

The pool was closed but they did offer for you to use a neighbor hotels pool. We didn't have hot water. They tried but for some reason it wasn't working.
