Great staff and location
Pros:

A great staff, clean hotel, affordable and a great location. I stay here when I am in Pittsburgh on most of my Holistic Wealth Planning TM trips.

Not as expected
Pros:

Lights in bathroom didn’t work and a broken lightbulb was on ground upon arrival late at night. Breakfast area was messy and not fresh

Renovation and deep clean needed
Pros:

Stayed here the night before our flight. We are avid Hyatt members. Check in was fine. The carpet and the couch in the room had considerable stains. The decor in this hotel is likely the same as it was when it was built. The heater was louder than a diesel engine and sleep was hard to come by.

Fine but not impressive
Pros:

The hotel in general is more rundown than expected. The room we stayed in had been given a face-lift to a point but still needs attention for what I would say is the Hyatt Place standard that I have come to know. The bathroom grout and cauking was quite discolored. Probably from not great cleaning practices. The couch in the room had discoloration all over the cushions, so I didn't want to sit on it at all. The carpet in the hallway is fraying all over the place at every seam. While it is a big process to replace the carpet better cleaning staff could take action in other ways to minimize the fraying. Just using scissors to trim the long fraying pieces would at least make it look better. There were random forks in the hallway and the hallway and elevators had clearly not been vacuumed that day at all. We checked in around 7pm that evening. The room was cleaner than the common spaces I just mentioned so that was a relief.
The clerk present when we checked in was efficient but not friendly or welcoming, but the morning front desk staff member was very nice.

Over all good. Its a heavy used unit and shows some ware. Elevators could be cleaned better. BUT MY
Pros:

Location was good as was the setup. I would love to say the same for the food, only thing I was able to eat wre the English muffins,as the eggs and other cooked items are way to processed and not of quality or taste good.

Cons:

I dont know much about your industry, but the food quality in most motels is lacking.
Durry does a decent job. Embassy made to order was the best in past. IDK if they still offer?

Exceeded expectations. Friendly and fun. Such amazing staff.
Pros:

The shower was so comfortable.

0/10. Staff unfriendly. Hyatt support no resolution despite several attempts. no microwave in room. dirty.
Pros:

Front desk staff was not friendly. had attitude and was also bartender. did not know how to make cosmopolitan which was on menu. silverware had caked on food. no microwave in room despite being in description. used hyatt chat for resolution while still at hotel and was told someone would contact me before check out which did not happen. tried using chat again after checkout and chat kept getting ended. called in and kept getting hung up on. finally asked for a supervisor and was told there was none currently but they would call me back and they never did
