Excelente lugar
Pros:

El alojamiento fue excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodos y amplias. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia placentera.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue la frecuencia de la limpieza de las habitaciones. Fueron solo dos veces a limpiar sin que nosotros tengamos que reportarlo. Las demás veces tuvimos que decir en el lobby para que suban a limpiar.

The conference was great! Schaumburg is a nice town had lot to offer. But hotel was not good !
Pros:

The Location. That was the reason I picked this hotel when back in July was reserving. Its closeness to the place of the conference I was attending.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was construction work in both sides of the hotel. The commute back and forth was truly rough and inconvenient. Worse than that the construction work had made a pot of dirty water around it close to the hotel it created bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects. We found few of them in our bed 😫

Когда пришли отель первый день 29/08/2026 время примерно после 17;00 в регистрацию сотрудники не было у вас ждали мы ее. Мы и еще 1 мужчина ждал. Молодая девушка было оказывается но на месте не было . Откуда то прибежала через 10 минут. Еще До заезда отеля ремонт идет 30/08/2026 не комфортно пришлось нам вечерам объехать тратить время и заезжаешь. И у вас мне кажется сотрудники не убирает как заехали номер 317 не убранный мусор ведро. Самый сюрприз не чистый постель одеял с кровью это отвратительно. Есть фото даже. Мы сняли 2 суток. Не 1 день не приходили ваша сотрудники убрать. Я вам до этого писала каждый день хотя бы поменять постель и полотенца этого не было . Вы не реагируете просьба гостей. … сотрудники плохо убирает не выполняет свое работы..

Either call the hotel directly before booking or avoid booking on the same day.

Everything was clean and ready to go.

Cons:

Booking.com booked the place, but it didn't have any vacancy. That's very disapointed because I had to discuss the matter with the one employee that was the jack of all trades at the hotel with several people waiting for the same answer.
