Hotel was nice bed was comfortable and quiet.
There were 3 things that stood out. The air conditioner was rather loud, I had to keep checking if there was a storm outside.
Either the room itself or the grounds outside had fleas. Luckily my pet is on a VERY good prevention which kills on contact so they all died in seconds.
One of the receptionists wasn't trained in the food.
I wouldn't have had an issue with her being new, not knowing how to turn on the units, etc. My issue was when I went to place the order which I had done the previous 2 nights I was told you have nothing. I had to explain to your staff I knew for a fact you did and only THEN did they say they weren't trained.
Desk staff person (female) was rude to my wife. She asked a question and was answered with “ I already told you that”

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.
Das Zimmer hat schlecht gerochen. Die Klimaanlage war so kaputt/laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte, ohne Klima war es aber so warm, dass man auch nicht schlafen konnte. Und um 8.00 klopft der Zimmerservice, wann man denn aufschreckt, damit die das Zimmer saubermachen können.
This hotel is badly in need of an update. The carpeting in the room was very dirty and everything was old. Sofa was stained too. I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping not cleaning the room! Only changed the towels and not even making up the room
The hotel is dark upon entering, staff not welcoming at all. Then we noticed that it was extremely dirty! The carpets were stained; tables hadn't been cleaned. In the room we had a refrigerator but no microwave, the sofa was noticeably stained and smelled of the previous customers cologne. The bathroom was a joke because of the inconvenience of having had to either straddle the toilet or slide between the toilet and wall to be able to close the door. Because the lobby and breakfast areas were so dirty, we choose to go out for breakfast, this was disappointing because this amenity was one reason we choose to book this hotel.

The hotel room in how spacious it was. Overlooking a river /lake as nice view. Huge bathroom. Very clean, near elevator not to far from room. For just stop over before flying it helped us have a good rest. Free Breakfast one the perks because it was alot more than expected.
Wish the bathroom sink was in the bathroom it had that space. One might forget to wash ✋️ first. The front staff would be more personable, pleasant and welcoming. Had one friendly (dark hair) went out of her way and gave us coupon.Thw other just doing their job.
We used to come up to this location every year, but the last couple of times its gone down hill so this will probably be the last time. Parking was horrible, and there is no consideration for hotel guests, rather than having event guests use the adjacent lots, everyone crams into the smaller lot around the hotel. I nearly also had an altercation with an entitled event guest that felt that standing in the main driveway, blocking traffic in both directions to have a conversation was more important that walking 10 more feet to be inside to allow traffic to move again. Large events should warrant some kind of security, but there was none.
The pool was also closed which was not communicated when we booked the stay, the coffee maker was leaking, rocked and was missing parts, causing water to leak everywhere. The TV remote also didnt work, but it was replaced with new one fairly quickly.
The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Loose tiles in bathroom, both my husband and I tripped going into the bathroom several times, he almost hit his head on the toilet. Then we could barely open or close the door. Dirty hotel, water stains on walls and ceiling. There are so many hotels in the area. Avoid this place and find a different place to stay!!!
Late night staff was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Morning staff was on their personal phones and unresponsive to multiple guests waiting at the front.

I was upset that the pool was closed and it wasnt advertised. One of the purposes for me booking this hotel was the fact that i thought it had a pool for me and my family to enjoy. The construction by the hotel wasnt pleasent either but i know thats out of their control.
Amazing hotel. Great location. Staff is friendly. Close to shopping and dining. Just know there are no microwaves in the rooms. Pool is closed and gym is below basic.
