Premetto che abbiamo alloggiato due settimane: appena arrivati in struttura ci hanno subito chiedo l’integrazione dell’assicurazione; i giorni a seguire non hanno mai cambiato la biancheria da letto, quasi mai la biancheria del bagno, non hanno mai pulito la stanza e ci hanno lasciato con il lavandino rotto aggiustato secondo loro con uno sgorgante che il giorno dopo era di nuovo otturato! Ho chiesto un rimborso parziale per il disagio subito ma non mi hanno nemmeno risposto: eppure ho speso 5000$! Pensateci bene prima di prenotare…

Great outside NYC hotel
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Able to check in early. Heater was not working. Engineer was called and verified. He notified the desk and within minutes they brought a new key to change rooms. Room was large. Good breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel is showing its age. What makes it worse is the poor housekeeping and maintenance. Room heater did not work well, stayed on cold blast for the first 10 to 15 minutes, then heat would finally blow out during that time it would make a loud grinding sound (rm918), Housekeeping clearly rushing, tub had hair in and around it. The sink was clogged (assume also with hair), when we opened up the sofa bed, it had food particles in the mattress. Not what I expected a Hyatt to be. Crew at the front desk during check-in were awesome, treated you like a 5-star guest. the rooms, more like a 2.5 to 3
