Clean and properly designed
I did not eat breakfast at the site, I left early for the airport. But my husband said the best thing about the breakfast was biscuit and gravy. Egg was ok, just plain. The rest needs improvement.

At around 9pm, my son was getting coffee from the lobby. An unkept strange man entered the lobby door and approached my son asking if he has a room in this hotel. My son thought that it was weird. Then the unkept man left the building. The receptionist was busy attending to other customer at that time when the incident happened.
Safety was just our concern to all the guest in this hotel especially at night.

Breakfast is terrible: no vegetables, cardboard-like scrambled eggs, paper plates, and plastic cutlery. But the rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable.

The best hotel in Tempe/Phoenix! Very comfortable and quiet. Great staff at the front desk. Such a nice place to stay.

L'hôtel retient toujours ma caution de 100$ un mois après mon départ, alors qu'ils avaient dit qu'ils libéreraient la caution après 7 jours. Ils ne répondent à aucun message et ne me fournissent pas la facture malgré l'ouverture d'un litige via booking. Ce n'est pas professionnel du tout.
De plus le petit déjeuner était servi dans des assiettes et gobelets jetables, ce n'est ni écologique ni agréable.
