Pros:

It was a last minute booking. Got to Charlotte at 10pm. Went to the hotel I had reserved and it was not a hotel I wanted to spend the night even though I was exhausted. Hyatt had a room. It is a nice presentable hotel, clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Had a good night's sleep.

Booking needs to get their act together.
Pros:

Location near the airport was great. Spacious and clean room

Cons:

Booking stole a whole night from me by claiming I booked a different night. No one would claim responsibility & wouldn’t give me my money back

The location was perfect for our trip to see the Panthers play the Lions, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

I loved their free breakfast. Everything was good and had many options to choose from. Not to mention the location was perfect for us. We were close to the airport, the football stadium, and many more things.
