The staff was great. They were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Online google search said they were 24 shuttle to the airport and there was not. The shuttle stopped at midnight at started back at 6a.m. Then breakfast started at 7am and online it said 6am.

The most phenomenal Hyatt guest customer service I ever experienced in Charlotte North Carolina rooms were spotless clean both elevators worked The manager was so professional and so open and nice The check-in was easy to check out was easy I had a great experience at this hotel and I will be back sometime next year or sooner

Not the best
Pros:

The hotel is close to airport and the shuttle was prompt and time. It's dated. While my room was clean, it's dated and the hallways use SO MUCH air freshener it made my eyes water. I really read the reviews and thought I made a good choice, but regretted it. I felt like the public areas were dirty and it was not in the safest of areas.

Pros:
