Our hotel was not what we paid for, they overbooked and tried moving us to a single, the pool was dirty, the fire alarm went off, could never find an hotel attendant at the front desk.

Staff was very nice and it was clean

Cons:

Pool and hot tub wasn't available. Whole reason we booked there, so be aware they will look for any reason to not open it

Cleaning staff knocked at door before checkout time, which I felt was unnecessary as k was trying to get ready and then felt rushed.
