Clean, efficient spacious room for two. Polite and helpful front desk staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was served efficiently and there were ample choices. The nighttime staff was polite and helpful. One individual, an older woman who works around 8:30 in the morning did a little extra. She kept the breakfast area very neat and clean and gave us advice that there were two different airports in Dallas/FtWorth and told us their distance away. Nice, spacy room, coffee bar, and sink. Even had a decent view out the window of Hurst Department of Justice and a few restaurants.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a room down the hall away from the elevator.

It was comfortable.
Pros:

the couch was comfortable but needs cleaning and new cushions.

Cons:

I didnt like there was no napkins to wipe your hands, only a few tissues, and bathroom only 1 full roll of toilet paper and half of another,no coffee stirs, no laundry bag to put dirty clothes in.

Cons:

The breakfast was appalling. Breakfast ended 9am , I was there at 820 am, no eggs, no bread, fruit was all gone. I had nothing to eat that I expected

Unfortunately the pool was not open and my kids were disappointed that we couldn't go swimming.

Decent place;
Pros:

The room size was great. The staff was professional and nice. The area and location was great although there was a lot of construction but had nothing to do with the hotel.

Cons:

1. No pool; kids were thoroughly disappointed
2. Major stains in the carpet in our room; grossed me out
3. Last AM of our stay, breakfast was cut off 30 min early and there were lots of people waiting to eat

Not what I thought
Pros:

I will not be returning to this hotel. The place was outdated. The lobby and breakfast area were nice so I thought the rest of the hotel would be the same. Once I walked passed the lobby I thought it was a Motel 6. I dealt with 2 front desk people, the older female was nice. Although, she charged me twice for room. That's ok, it can be fixed. The other was a gentleman, and the main reason I will not be returning. He was extremely rude and very unhelpful. The breakfast was really good, they had a lot of variety.

An okay experience
Pros:

Breakfast was not at all like it was advertised. Pillows and mattress were in bad shape. We were put in a handicap room which is inconvenient when we didn't need it.

Pros:

Location and very friendly staff. The air conditioning went out and maintenance man had them change our room.

Very delightful and relaxing.
Pros:

I always appreciate it when I am greeted by my name. The property was well taken care of from what you can see from outside. When you walk in, you are walking into a very clean reservation area. It has a small bar next to the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, I have travelled by motorcycle across these United States and have ate breakfast in most of the hotels, but this hotel had a wide variety of freshly cooked food and fresh fruit. Now on to the rooms. As soon as you open the door, you are greeted by a very large room, great size bed and it is very clean. The maid service was daily with fresh towels. When my trip brings me back this way, I will being staying here again. Definitely recommend this property if you are in the area.
