We wouldn’t choose this property again.
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed.

Cons:

Property is run down, sodas were warm, no food or bar even though it shows to have both, the bed was horrible, and the ac was I consistent.

Cons:

The front desk never answered their phone. They also charged nearly $800 (fraudulently) to the cad I gave them for incidentals. Do not touch this place!

They Need to Step it Up
Pros:

Except for the friendliest check in person ever, this experience was terrible. The room was definitely clean. The phone was broken. No one ever answered the phone. Breakfast- very little. Poorly restocked. Cereal was never restocked. No juice. No fresh fruit. Waffles were not fresh and hard as rocks. Good luck on finding ice machines. I’m very disappointed with Hyatt. Very disappointed.

Won’t return
Pros:

The hotel itself and our room was decent but the hotel hallways & common areas were HOT. In addition, the main reason for our stay was to enjoy the pool and it was absolutely disgusting. The sides and bottom were covered in algae, so slimy, and absolutely disgusting. The water was green and cloudy. People were swimming in it and I’d be surprised if someone doesn’t end up severely sick or worse. It was that bad! I have never seen a pool in that condition.

Clean the place up!!
Pros:

Cleanliness was severely lacking. Chairs in lobby and carpet stains everywhere! Smelled like mildew and stuffy. Breakfast subpar

Pros:

It was nice, value was on point and location was in a good area with nearby access to major highways, restaurants and other places

Cons:

The A/C in my room wasn't working properly. I ser the room temperature to be on 66 degrees , it was indicating but actually it was in high 75+ degrees. Swimming pool was not open at the time of visit .

An awful experience
Pros:

Horrible front desk customer service. Neither at check in or check out could either of the ladies at the front desk figure out how to charge the form of payment I provided and instead charged the credit card I originally booked under. I've stayed at countless Hyatt properties and this is never a problem, except for this property. The whole building was humid, the carpets were damp in the hallways and the room, the AC in room was loud and never turned off because it could not get down to the set temperature. The food at the breakfast bar was inedible. Food that should have been hot was cold, bread was moldy, and the coffee tasted burnt and no amount of cream or sugar could take away the awful taste. Only one of the two elevators worked and the working elevator squeaked and made clanking noises. I would never willingly choose this Hyatt property ever again. A truly awful stay not worth my money or time.
