Good surprise
Pros:

This hotel was a good surprise - clean, nice breakfast, felt safe nice fitness room, and had laundry perfect for anyone who needs to stay in the Silicon Valley for a few days. Quiet room as well and nice shower.

Cons:

The location is a bit tricky to find - it is right after the entry ramp of a highway so it can be easily missed.

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and convenient, checkin was a bit odd but successful with a virtual lobby attendant. Breakfast was good. It would be nice to see this hotel come alive and guests actually utilizing the beautiful patios, balconies and outdoor pingpong, etc.

Cons:

Don't pass up the entrance, it's a couple of lights involved in getting back .

The go to if you want some relaxation, and peace of mind....very peaceful.
Pros:

Place is a great go to spot, to get away from the hustle and bustle of work, or you just need to get away. Staff is great too. Breakfast was outstanding.

I really like this hotel and would stay again, but I wish my room was cleaned as promised.
Pros:

I love the breakfast and the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed for three nights and no one ever came to clean my room. I also got bitten by a bug several times while sleeping.

Pros:

I enjoy staying at this hotel. Loved that the bathroom had been updated with a taller toilet and walk in shower.. very nice.
Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Not so happy with the bottled soap dispensers. Would have preferred fragrence free products or bar soap. The sliding barn door. It wouldn't stay closed. Also, had trouble figuring out to adjust the lights.

Perfect place to crash when your in the South Bay and need close proximity to most companies.
Pros:

It’s a decent hotel within easy commuting distance of many offices.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and left fully satisfied.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, which made our morning more enjoyable, as well as the quality toiletries provided. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy due to the nearby freeway, but the earplugs provided made a big difference in my case.

The place to stay when you want to get away from the hustle, and bustle of the city, or the office.
Pros:

Staff was excellent, everyone with smiles. Hello and have a good day is so nice when staying at the Zico, been staying here for years. Big reason I come back (excellent location, staff great, breakfast is nice, and the atmosphere you can't beat) The outside patio relaxing even though its next to the freeway, it is so peaceful. The place to stay in Mountain View.
