I love staying at Hotel Zico. Location is perfect for getting around Mountain View.

Cons:

This may sound silly, but the regular height toilet. After having a higher toilet at home and impending hip surgery, it was hard to get up from. I adjusted.

Close to everything. Underground parking. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Nice Shower.

Cons:

No carpeting in room. Not enough bedding for winter weather. Small TV. No closet/wardrobe. No pods for coffee machine.

Very good location, just minutes away from Google and Apple headquarters.
Virtual assistance is very convenient during late nights.
Good price for a hotel like this - good location, facilities and the yard is beautiful.

Cons:

I thought the balcony is private to each room, but in fact, the balcony is a shared veranda. This is a bit inconvenient for people looking for more privacy.

Cons:

I don't want to stay in a hotel that's under construction and doesn't even have flowing water. What a shit place. No warning prior to booking at all. They didn't even answer the phone to cancel my stay. God am I happy I didn't end up there. A place like this shouldn't be allowed to be on Booking.com
