Great value for the price, great location and aesthetic was charming!
The location is perfect for transport, easy access to all that we wished to do. The apartment was spacious and quiet with adequate cooking facilities and there was a laundry which was an added bonus. The staff were excellent. It was everything we required. It does need some refurbishment but this was reflected in the reasonable price offered. It did not affect us in any way as it was clean, tidy and very functional.

Condition of property not as good as the photos published at the website. Limited hours of on-prem receptionist. After hours receptionist couldn't answer if temporary bag storage is available. Air conditioning requires service, making a loud noise when starts and stops because of its thermostat. One positive point is the location.
Property is quite dated, and very hot. The air conditioning was not very effective in the heat of the afternoon. Bathroom floor was very slippery and shower head spray adjustment was not working its full range. Sofa was not very clean and very worn.
Close to everything
A very convenient location and at reasaonable rates.
Some noise at night from neaby streets and laneways. The lift is slow, the shower has low water pressure and the dishwasher wasn't working. All small things put they add up.
It is in a convenient location in the heart of the cbd.
The common areas are neat and well kept and the staff are friendly.
The studio apartment was clean/tidy but a bit old and tired, especially the kitchenette and bathroom, and it's time for a complete update in my opinion.
The property is in an excellent location everything is within walking distance with also having the option of the trams and the railway station not far either. The room was quite spacious perfect for a short stay which provided all the necessities and the staff are very helpful and assisting. I definitely recommend this property.
Was a hiccup when I first booked and the staff were Friendly and so understanding. The room was great ! I felt like it was a safe place in the city which is important when travelling solo . Reception staff were kind and informative which I appreciated. Only annoying thing that I couldn’t turn my tv off and it was stuck on a channel lol

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade to a two roomed apartment. It was clean and comfortable and for the price a gem. The hotel is located in the theatre district on Collins Street, and you enter the hotel off the street down a short passage to reception.
Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
Good location. Rooms were spacious with a kitchen and I had a separate bedroom. I will stay again, but caution anyone not expecting an older style property to review pics of the room the choose with care.
