Pros:

The room was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. It was quiet despite its location. The location is excellent. The room was spotless.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and lumpy. Although it looked like a Queen or King bed, it felt like two singles put together as you could feel a ridge running down the middle. There was some kind of mattress covering that was made to make it feel like one bed, but this provided a hard and uneven surface. Given how good everything else was about the room, the bed was a surprising let-down when I went to go to sleep (room 308).

Outstanding value in a great location.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting the theatre district, and good access to public transport. Room was better appointed than we expected, with an electric cooktop and full-size fridge. We arrived late and the reception team made after hours check-in very straightforward, with a secure PIN-activated key box at the main entrance.
