It was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep. Staff were helpful and there was a great little cafe outside, as well as it being very convenient to anywhere in the city.

The fridge was very noisy and the heater was not very warm.
Why did that show does last night was not friendly didn’t give us any help or anything
How rude she was watching courteous didn’t even help us with the TV or the Internet. Just told us that we would have to wait until the morning till somebody came and helped us but we were leaving early that morning the next morning.

Online check-in didnt work, which caused some anxiety in getting to the property within staffed hours.
Great location, close to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, bars as well as the event I was in Melbourne for. Wifi was really good in my apartment.
I found some of the staff while helpful they also seemed to be a little indifferent to questions/requests. I'm not a fan of the $200 holding deposit, $40 housekeeping fees (the apartment servicing by my understanding is only if your stay is 7 days or longer). The decor is dated at best, it's a shower/bath scenario without a handheld shower head.
