Great location, everything you need. Not the best choice for noise and light senstive sleepers.
Pros:

Great location, simple but clean accomodation. Good value.
Friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

Street noise not muted.
Lacks black out blinds, street light was glows into bedroom.
Only 2 semi flat pillows on double bed.
Not great for sensitive sleepers.

Out dated, shower head squirted out water, after shower the whole floor was soaking wet.. clearly felt the massive gap in the middle of the bed from mattress being joined

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel in January and they didn't return my deposit money, making excuses. I couldn't get my $200 back and it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was no customer satisfaction, the staff were very rude and when I called them, they asked me to contact the bank. When I contacted the bank, they said there was no document stating that they hadn't refunded the money, they just asked me to call my bank, which I did. and the bank didn't tell me that such money had come in, and they didn't send my money. The sheets weren't clean either, and we couldn't even have a hot shower. It was very bad, a terrible hotel.

Quick two nighter to explore Melbourne CBD
Pros:

Then location was perfect and the unit had what we needed for a two night stay. I had to work while the girls could walk to where they wanted to shop and have lunch.

Cons:

The place is showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. A bit of money to fix up caulk and patches of paint will go a long way to improving the facilities. We were also a little annoyed to learn that, even though parking was listed in amenities, it wasn't included, just available. At $32/night.
