Por decir algo, la entrada al edificio olía a humedad pero en el apartamento nada de nada. Sin problema

L’ingresso prima dell’appartamento penso non lo puliscano regolarmente, puzzava di vecchio. Il pomello del nostro appartamento si è staccato al primo utilizzo, ma la porta è rimasta funzionale, la cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che nel bagno, passato il primo giorno avevamo finito carta igienica a e prodotti per la doccia. Dovevamo stare lì 3/4 giorni, abbiamo provveduto in autonomia a recuperare quanto necessario. Abbiamo scritto all’host ma ci ha risposto tardi quando ormai era finito il nostro viaggio.

Ursprünglich haben wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund der sehr positiven Bewertungen, der guten Lage und der ansprechenden Bilder für 11 Nächte gebucht.

Als wir das Zimmer betraten, wurden wir sofort von einem sehr muffigen, feuchten und schimmeligen Geruch empfangen. Es fühlte sich an, als würden wir in einem Keller stehen. Daraufhin kontaktierten wir den Vermieter, der lediglich meinte: „Es ist ein altes Haus, so etwas ist normal.“

Die Möbel, Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren feucht. Außerdem war die Balkontür kaputt, wodurch die Wohnung nicht einbruchsicher war. Wahrscheinlich wurde die Unterkunft auch schon länger nicht gründlich gereinigt.

Leider hat uns der Vermieter weder geholfen noch ist er uns entgegengekommen. Deshalb haben wir den Booking.com-Kundenservice kontaktiert. Wir konnten 80 % des gezahlten Betrags zurückerhalten, nach der ersten Nacht auschecken und uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was a major disappointment. There was a very strong mould smell, especially in the entrance area, to the point where we had to hold our breath every time we entered or left the apartment. We also noticed that mould stains in the bathroom and kitchen appeared to have been painted over. The kitchen cupboards in the affected area had an intense mould smell when opened.

As we are currently in a particularly sensitive health situation, this was very concerning. We developed symptoms such as coughing and a sore throat during our stay and were forced to sleep with the doors open every night and ventilate the apartment for long periods each day because the smell was otherwise unbearable.

This is not what we expected from accommodation at this price point, and we believe future guests should be aware of the issue until it has been properly resolved.

Die Möven machen in der Nacht sehr viel Lärm was aber überall der Fall sein wird und nichts mit dem Apartment zutun hat.

Aircon not working, mould in bathroom, bathroom door in disrepair. Generally not clean or maintained.
Despite repeated requests to be moved or have the aircon repaired they could not resolve the issues.

Un poquito de limpieza mas exhaustiva. Debajo de la cama había una caja de nuggets de pollo de McDonald's y una botella vacía de otro huésped.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and although this was reported on our arrival day nothing was done to rectify this during our week long stay which was very disappointing.

Teve dias quentes e o ar condicionado não funcionou como deveria.
